LMG PRIMARY AND IMMEDIATE CARE CENTER

Loudoun Medical Group (LMG) operates the largest multi-specialty health care group in Northern Virginia. We are proud to create an immediate care facility made up solely of physicians of Loudoun Medical Group. As one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S., there has been a growing demand for healthcare services. We are pleased to play a role in that effort and offer Northern Virginia residents an alternative to traditional urgent care centers and emergency room environments. Loudoun Medical Group's Immediate Care Center has access to modern medical technology and up-to-date medical records - especially for patients of one of the 40 LMG practices - through our electronic medical record system. The goal is to provide a continuum of quality care between providers and patients, day or night... We currently do not have X-Ray capability. We are able to see patients for injuries and will give an X-ray order if needed to go to our LMG Imaging Center in Lansdowne. We apologize for this..
