Local Certification Services was established in 2006 as a result of the merging of two existing and well-established certification companies: Inspec NSW Pty Ltd and Andrew Dean Consulting Pty Ltd. These two companies were both established in the late 1990's to take advantage of the opportunities resulting from the amendments to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
