Amy Bostic is of counsel with the law firm of Luper Neidenthal & Logan, A Legal Professional Association. She is a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and focuses her practice on debtor and Chapter 7 Trustee representation, as well general business representation of debtor/creditor matters. She is an Adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, teaching Secured Transactions Business Associations, Bankruptcy and Corporate Finance and Accounting. Ms. Bostic received her B.S. degree, with intermediate honors, from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Capital University Law School.

Christian Donovan is a Shareholder with LNL. Christian focuses on real estate law and handles transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of residential, industrial and commercial real estate. He also represents commercial landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of leases. Christian has established condominiums in several prominent downtown office buildings, including the LeVeque Tower and Columbia Gas Building, and can prepare condominium declarations, disclosure statements, and serve as outside counsel to condominium associations on matters ranging from filing liens, interpreting the declaration, and handling foreclosures to protect the association's interests. Christian has also represented commercial property owners in workouts and short sales, including assisting an owner of a $2.2 million dollar golf course with the short-sale of the course and negotiation of the debt. He has also represented several prominent lenders in bankruptcy and foreclosure cases, including negotiating and appearing in court on their behalf.
Christian also assists purchasers in successfully navigating environmental problems that are discovered during due diligence, and can assist with advising you and connecting you with qualified remediation experts for any Phase I, II and III environmental remediation. He resolves disputes, including engaging in litigation when required, on behalf of sellers and buyers, as well as landlords and tenants.
Christian is also a licensed and practicing Ohio title insurance agent and a managing agent of Paramount Title Agency, Inc. As a title insurance agent and an attorney he has a high degree of proficiency with handling closings for clients to ensure that the client's interests are properly protected. Christian also brings quiet title actions in the case of otherwise unresolvable title issues.
Christian also serves as outside counsel to many small and medium sized businesses. Christian has assisted clients with the formation, purchase, sale, and merger of their business. Christian forms companies, prepares operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, independent contractor agreements, and licensing agreements. As part of his business practice, Christian also assists clients with state and federal trademarking. He further helps businesses and the business owners with their estate planning and succession planning, probate, and bankruptcy needs, allowing him to service all of the needs of a client's business and personal life.

Christopher E. Hogan is an AV-rated attorney who assists both public and private employers across the country in all manner of matters, including executive and staff employment matters, board and staff training, governance, and internal investigations. Hogan is a past-Chair of the Columbus Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Committee and is certified as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also consistently designated a "Super Lawyer" in Labor and Employment Law by Law and Politics Magazine.
Hogan also has extensive experience dealing with labor unions, including union avoidance, negotiating and administering contracts, unfair labor practices, fact finding and conciliation, handling grievances, and trying arbitrations.
Hogan also represents public and private educational institutions across the country in faculty, staff and student matters, including compliance matters involving FERPA, Title IX, the Clery Act, and DOE/DOL audits. Hogan has particular experience with churches and church-related institutions.

Doug Segerman is a Shareholder with Luper Neidenthal & Logan and has been a trial lawyer in Columbus since 1996. Doug focuses his practice on business and construction litigation, non-compete agreements and creditor's rights. Doug's litigation practice includes a heavy focus on civil trial work, complex litigation and appellate work with an emphasis on non-competition agreements, bankruptcy and general business and construction disputes. Doug's practice also includes insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death and providing advice to clients on general business practices and disputes.
Doug received his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in Accounting, Cum Laude, and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Cincinnati College of Law. Doug also passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Exam and continues to be an Associate Member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. By coupling his accounting background with his 23 years of experience in law, Doug is able to provide his business clients with a deeper understanding of their goals and objectives.

James S. Savage is a trial lawyer in Columbus, Ohio. He has represented business and construction clients in Central Ohio for three decades, and has served as local counsel for out of state law firms whose clients are in litigation here. Mr. Savage also represents physicians in credentialing and business disputes and works as a mediator to help parties resolve disputes.
He has tried numerous cases in federal and state court and to arbitration panels. He is one of a handful of trial lawyers in Central Ohio recognized by his peers and local judges as a Super Lawyer (commercial and construction litigation), for inclusion in the publication "Best Lawyers in America" (commercial litigation), and to receive the highest rating of AV Preeminent from the peer review service Martindale-Hubbell. Jeff Jinkens is currently Senior Counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan after having been a Shareholder/Director for over 40 years. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Jeff's diverse business law practice has involved counsel to the firm's business clients in a multitude of areas including entity formation, contract negotiations and documentation, tax planning, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he provides support to the firm's business litigation group in complex business litigation matters.
Jeff, who currently lives in the Arena District, is originally from Upper Arlington, a suburb of Columbus, where he was fortunate to have been a member of the highly ranked high school golf team (as was Jack Nicklaus, albeit not at the same time). In his spare time, Jeff enjoys golf, snow skiing, travel and, of course, The Ohio State University Buckeyes.

K. Wallace (Wally) Neidenthal is Senior Counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan. He was formerly CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. Born in the Columbus area, he received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Wally commenced his professional career in the City National Bank Legal Department succeeding to holding company First Bank Group (now JPMorgan Chase) before joining the firm in 1977. With over forty years of experience, he is able to provide a broad range of legal counsel to his diverse client base. Acting as a general outside counsel to his business and professional clients, Wally offers advice on day-to-day questions, business formation issues, buy-sell and employment contracts, merger and acquisition, business succession planning, litigation strategy, estate planning, and real estate ownership as well as development issues and leases. Wally lives with his wife Betsy and is active in the community in the New Albany area.

Ken Richards is a Shareholder with LUPER NEIDENTHAL & LOGAN and has been with the firm since 1987. He received his undergraduate degree in Pre-Law from The Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor, With Honors, from The Ohio State University College of Law where he was an articles editor for The Ohio State Law Journal. Ken is an experienced bankruptcy attorney who has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and creditors' committees in both commercial and consumer cases. He has also handled hundreds of bankruptcy adversary proceedings, including preferences, fraudulent transfers, and dischargeability actions. Ken lives in Westerville with his wife, Caroline, and their two daughters.

Kirsten Cox is an Associate Attorney in LNL's litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, complex litigation, and business litigation matters. Kirsten is passionate about the representation of her clients and understands that her clients are entrusting her to be diligent in her efforts to obtain the best possible outcome in their legal matters.
Prior to working at LNL as an Associate Attorney, Kirsten worked as a law clerk with the firm while attending Capital University Law School. Before joining the LNL team, Kirsten worked at a boutique law firm where she gained valuable practice experience by working closely with experienced attorneys and clients who relied upon her to solve complex legal matters. Kirsten also participated in the General Litigation Clinic at Capital University Law School where she advised clients in a variety of legal matters, including estate planning, criminal matters, and family law.
Kirsten graduated from The Ohio State University, earning her bachelor's degree in both Political Science and History. While in college, Kirsten worked at a law firm as a legal assistant, which confirmed her desire to pursue a law degree in order to better represent the clients who had put their trust in her.

Kyle Anderson is an associate attorney in LNL's litigation practice group. Kyle focuses his practice on civil litigation, complex litigation and employment law matters. Kyle knows that employees are the foundation on which any successful business rests and he believes that they should be valued and treated fairly. Kyle realizes this, however, does not always happen, which is why he represents his clients aggressively and passionately. Kyle believes that communication with his clients is key and he regularly makes himself available to clients, by call, text, and email, outside normal business hours.
Kyle has represented clients in a wide range of matters including sexual harassment, race discrimination, disability discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) violations, violations under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) involving background checks, severance and employment contract reviews and negotiations, wage and hour collective and class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Ohio law.
Kyle received his undergraduate degree in Accounting. Kyle received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School. During law school, Kyle participated on the Labor and Employment Moot Court team, was a Research Assistant for a professor at the Law School, received the CALI Award for Employment Law (highest final grade in the class), and externed for the Honorable Judge Algenon L. Marbley in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

Matt Anderson is a Shareholder with LNL, and practices primarily in the firm's Litigation and Subrogation departments. Matt focuses his litigation practice on complex commercial and business litigation, including appellate practice and trade secret litigation. Matt's litigation practice also includes a heavy focus on ERISA, as well as employment law matters ranging from labor disputes to discrimination claims. In his subrogation practice, Matt represents insurance companies, employers, third party administrators, and employer-sponsored health plans.

Michael Gallagher is Senior Counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan. Mr. Gallagher focuses his practice on patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, patent litigation, trademark litigation, and copyright litigation. He prides himself in knowing his client's businesses so that he can better educate his clients on the legal risks associated with their business decisions. This often includes strategically monitoring competitor's intellectual property portfolios, as well as participating in meetings to roadmap a direction for the future of his clients' patent and trademark portfolios.
Michael Kolman is an experienced litigator having tried approximately ten jury trials in addition to numerous bench trials. He has represented both employers and employees in cases involving sex, race, religion, and disability discrimination; sexual harassment; whistle blower; retaliation; and employer intentional tort in both state and federal courts. He tried one of the first sexual harassment cases and HIV discrimination cases in Central Ohio. He has also successfully represented clients before various administrative agencies including the Ohio Personnel Board of Review, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Unemployment Compensation, Municipal Civil Service Commissions, and pre-disciplinary hearings before state and county agencies. Michael has advised employers on human resources issues in order to avoid liability related to employment decisions.
Michael also has extensive experience handling a variety of disputes involving business issues. He has been involved in cases regarding partnership dissolutions, breach of contract, business transaction fraud claims, forced receivership actions, consumer law claims, commercial leases and franchise agreements; and defalcation matters.
Not only does Mr. Gallagher help his clients build and manage their intellectual property portfolios; he also aggressively represent his clients in intellectual property disputes, whether it is a multi-million dollar patent infringement lawsuit or a simple opposition to registration before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Roger Whitaker is Senior Counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan. He was formerly a Shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Roger represents a broad range of clients, including individuals and businesses of all sizes from start-ups to multi-million dollar ventures. His practice areas include handling both business and personal matters for clients in areas including tax and estate planning, real estate and general business matters.
Through his diverse practice area he has helped clients buy and sell businesses, establish and manage sophisticated estate plans, and navigate through complex real estate matters such as tax-deferred exchanges. William (Bill) Logan is Senior Counsel with Luper Neidenthal & Logan. Although Bill was born in North Carolina, he grew up in Columbus, and received his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law. Currently, Bill has limited his practice to his work as a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee, a position which he has held since 1979, and to consulting work with other attorneys in the firm on bankruptcy matters.

Bill Prophater is an experienced litigator who has handled a number of complex and protracted jury trials. Bill has significant experience counseling clients regarding day to day business and employment issues. His trial work includes the successful defense of a law school against allegations of age discrimination, a prominent and upscale restaurant in a case alleging disability discrimination, and a security company faced with allegations of race and national origin discrimination.
Bill has handled countless other jury, non-jury and administrative trials and hearings in respect to all aspects of the employment relationship. He has appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, the Ohio Personnel Board of Review, the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, the Ohio Industrial Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio.
Bill frequently writes and speaks on topics of interest to the business community.
