LOTS International Limited in the United Arab Emirates ("LOTS-Dubai") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of LOTS-India. Set up as an off-shore entity in the Jebel Ali Cree Zone, LOTS-Dubai provides services of Port Captains to leading US flagship owners and operators with a cardinal presence in the Middle East region... LOTS-India was set up in June 1994 to tap the largely underutilized opportunities in Inland Water Transport. Initially the Company focussed on Port operations, logistics management and cargo expediting in some of the most difficult ports around the world including those in Africa and Russia. The mainstay of this activity was providing the services of Port Captains with the specific responsibility of significantly improving voyage profits for the ship owner and the charterer.
