Bhagwan also in his career had the opportunity of working on special assignments in areas like treasury operations, cost reduction studies, procurement and payments, receivables and credit management, due diligence reviews, inventories, projects management, capital expenditure.
Homi Aibara was the founding partner of the Business Consulting Division at Mahajan & Aibara. He was a qualified Chartered Accountant from the U.K. Unfortunately he passed away in October 2015.
Homi was the founder of Mahajan & Aibara's hospitality consulting practice. He unfortunately passed away in October 2015.

Jehangir graduated form the Masters in Management Hospitality (MMH) program at the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell. Jehangir concentrated in Real Estate during his time at Cornell. He is a B.A. graduate from Franklin & Marshal College in the United States.
Jehangir has been working at the firm for over nine years on market & feasibility studies, private equity placement activities, bid process management, deal documentation, asset management and operator search activities for hospitality and real estate related projects.
Homi had 34 years post qualification experience in Consulting and had worked for and with some of the larger players in the Indian tourism, hospitality & real estate industries, food service providers, tour operators and transportation companies.
Manish has over 14 years of post-qualification experience in handling internal audits of several large corporates across different industries.
Manish has also carried out several special assignments for Cost Reduction, Business Process Re-engineering, Performance Improvement Projects and Due Diligences. He is also the practice leader in the Firm for Indirect Taxation and Retail
Mansi has a 14 years post qualification experience in consulting. She has participated in National Level Business Plan Competitions.
She has a strong background in Market Research and related activities. She has also undertaken location studies, site identification projects, market surveys, techno-economic feasibilities and financial modelling for hospitality and real estate related projects. Besides working on hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments, she has worked extensively on clubs & golf developments and conventions & exhibition centres.
Mazyar has 25 years' experience across Big-4 and industry in assurance and risk management. He has led large internal audit and risk management engagements across eCommerce, Oil & Gas, Power, FMCG, Retail, Mining, Real Estate, ITeS and Pharma industries.
Mazyar was Chief Internal Auditor of Essar Energy, a USD 28 billion enterprise (listed on LSE) and Udaan, a B2B eCommerce start-up with an enterprise valuation of USD 3 billion. Mazyar lead the Internal Audit engagement at India's largest FMCG company, Hindustan Unilever, from 2004 to 2013.
Mohan Mahajan studied at St. Stephen's College (Delhi) and The London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the U.K. He specialises is performance reviews, due diligences, risk management and execution of buy and sell mandates.
Mohan Mahajan studied at St. Stephen's College (Delhi) and The London School of Economics and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the U.K. Subsequently he worked with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young) in various countries including U.K., Spain, Luxembourg and Australia. He was a Principal with A.F. Ferguson & Co. (now merged with Deloitte) Mumbai for a short while before founding Mahajan & Aibara.
Mohan has over thirty years of experience and has specialised in the areas of corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal audits, business process re-engineering; and performance improvement projects. He's an advisor to top managements of a number of large companies in India & abroad and his special focus is on retail & manufacturing industries.
Mrugesh Shah was earlier in the Management Consulting Division of S. B. Billimoria (now part of Deloitte). Mrugesh is a first class graduate from Bombay University (B.Com.) and was placed 9th in the all-India merit list in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mrugesh has over 25 years of experience and has specialised in business consulting assignments, acquisitions related advisory services, systems studies and management audit assignments. He has handled a large range of clients including multinationals and Indian public limited companies.
Pradip has over 17+ years of experience in the areas of strategic and management reviews, internal financial controls, risk based internal audits, process streamlining and establishing risk management frameworks with strong focus on Aviation & Logistics sectors.
Pradip joined M&A from Adani group where he was serving as Management Assurance head for their airports, logistics & defence businesses. Prior to Adani group, he was part of KPMG risk consulting practice for 14+ years leading their marquee clients across different sectors in manufacturing, aviation, logistics, consumer markets etc
She has interned with the firm in the past and has now been with the firm for over nine years as a full time consultant specializing in operator searches, management contract negotiations, drafting of contracts and associated documentation. In addition Ridhi is involved in market research, feasibility studies and financial modelling.

Shashank is Partner and CEO of Mahajan and Aibara's Forensic practice.He is a chartered accountant and has over 24 years' experience in fraud investigations, dispute advisory services, internal audit, corporate governance, and fraud risk management. Shashank worked with KPMG for 18 years and was Partner and COO in KPMG's forensic practice based out of Mumbai. Thereafter he was with Protiviti and FTI Consulting as Managing Director and Senior Managing Director in their Forensic practices.Shashank was recently recognized as a Global Leader by Who's Who Legal, in the Forensic Accountant category, consecutively, for the years 2020 and 2021.
Shekhar has 15 years of post qualification experience in Risk Consulting. He has handled risk based internal audits for several large clients (local and international) across different industries. Shekhar has also led several Consulting Projects involving Business Process Reviews, designing of Standard Operating Procedures and SAP Implementation Reviews for a number of large clients including multinationals and Indian public limited companies.
Tanaaz has over 24 years post qualification experience in consultancy and has vast knowledge of the hospitality, real estate, retail and banking sectors. Her specialisation includes offering holistic services encompassing concept, site identification & evaluation, market assessment, techno-economic feasibility, valuation studies and private equity placement activities for hospitality and integrated real estate projects. She has undertaken operator search & management contract negotiations. She has also done several market / industry sector studies, entry strategy & business plans for international clients across diverse verticals.
Vineet has 15 years of post qualification experience in Risk Consulting. He has handled risk based internal audits for several large clients (local and international) across different industries. Vineet has also led several Consulting Projects involving Business Process Reviews, designing Standard Operating Procedures, SAP Implementation & Investigations Review for several large clients including multinationals and Indian public limited companies. Vineet has also led the implementation of internal audit software and has carried out several special assignments on IFC and Forensic audits.
