B. F. Jack Lowery

B.F. Jack Lowery obtained his B.A. in 1958 from Pembroke State University and his Juris Doctorate in 1962 from the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. Mr. Lowery was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1962. In addition, Mr. Lowery was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee in 1967 and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit in 2001. Mr. Lowery previously served as corporate attorney for Toshiba America, Inc., Tennessee Division, and as general counsel for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. Mr. Lowery continues to serve as a member of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors, for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. Mr. Lowery was city judge for Lebanon, Tennessee (1963-1966); a member of the House of Representatives, State of Tennessee (1966-1968); city attorney, Lebanon; and mayor of Lebanon (1974-1977). Mr. Lowery, an experienced pilot, is a partner in LoJac Enterprises, Inc.

Christopher Beauchamp

Christopher Beauchamp obtained his bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University in 2008 and his juris doctorate from the Nashville School of Law in 2015. Chris graduated second in his law school class and was awarded the Moot Court Award for outstanding preparation, presentation and performance in the court room. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2015. Chris is a member of the 15 th Judicial District Bar association and currently sits as its Secretary. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and co-chairs the publication committee. Prior to joining Lowery, Lowery & Cherry, PLLC as a law clerk in 2013, Chris was working in healthcare. As a research analyst for Vanderbilt University, he conducted research aimed at improving the care and quality of life for elderly and disabled individuals residing in our community's long-term care facilities. Prior to his time in research, Chris worked in patient care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center on the trauma unit and at Summit Medical Center. In his practice, Chris regularly represents individuals who have been charged with criminal offenses in the middle Tennessee area. The span of this area includes clients from Robertson County to Cumberland County and those located in between. He handles many driving under the influences and drug cases with great success in the outcome. During his time at Lowery, Lowery and Cherry, he and the other attorneys work collaboratively on criminal cases with greater complexity, including homicide and sexual offenses. In the office, Chris is the attorney who primarily represents individuals seeking assistance in divorce, custody and other family related disputes. Connor McDonald

Connor McDonald is an Associate Attorney with Lowery, Lowery & Cherry, PLLC. He obtained his B.S. in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2017, where he graduated summa cum laude as a member of the prestigious Buchanan Fellowship. Connor received his Juris Doctorate from Belmont University College of Law in 2020, where he served as Managing Editor of the Belmont Law Review and graduated top-10 in his class. Connor is currently pursuing a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, to be completed in 2021. Connor was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2020. Connor is a member of the 15 th Judicial District Bar Association, the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Connor is also a member of the Nashville Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society. In his free time, Connor enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylee. They both are especially involved in their church, where they have participated in long-term international missions trips. Jack D. Lowery lives in Lebanon, Tennessee and is a senior partner with Lowery, Lowery, & Cherry, PLLC. Jack attended the University of Tennessee - Knoxville where he graduated in 1993 and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1998 From Nashville School of Law. Mr. Lowery immediately joined his father in his present firm where he has been practicing in the areas criminal defense, personal injury, and corporate/business matters since 1998. Jeff Cherry is the Managing Member of Lowery, Lowery & Cherry, PLLC. He obtained his B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law in 2001. Mr. Cherry was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2001. Mr. Cherry is a member of the Nashville, 15th Judicial District, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations. Mr. Cherry is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and was elected President of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for 2018/2019. TACDL previously awarded Mr. Cherry their 2015 Workhorse Award for the extensive work he has done for the organization. Mr. Cherry served the citizens of Nashville as a sworn police officer, having graduated from the Metro Nashville Training Academy in 1991 ranking second in his class and having won the TOP GUN award. Mr. Cherry was certified as a trainer of police officers by, P.O.S.T., Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. In 2009, he negotiated a $1,000,000.00 settlement in a personal injury wrongful death case in Wilson County, Tennessee. In that same year, he also negotiated a $600,000.00 settlement of a middle Tennessee personal injury matter. In 2011, he negotiated the lump sum settlement of over $150,000 in a workers' compensation case in Wilson County and in 2012 he negotiated a lump sum settlement of over $200,000 in a workers' compensation case. He regularly works to ensure that his personal injury clients receive the maximum benefit under the law. Governor Lee appointed Mr. Cherry to the Tennessee Criminal Justice Investment Task Force in 2019, where he worked in the Parole and Probation Sub-Committee. He was subsequently asked to serve on the Tennessee Department of Corrections Supervision Team to study and offer insight into the system's community supervision programs. Mr. Cherry has volunteered his time and talents by serving on the Hearthside at Castle Height's, Inc., Board of Directors (Serving the Elderly), the Prospect, Inc. Rachael Creek operates as the Executive Assistant to Jack D. Lowery and B. F. Jack Lowery. Rachael graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a M.S. in Exercise Neuroscience and competed as a heptathlete for the Fighting Illini Track & Field team. Before moving to Tennessee, Rachael experienced a variety of workplaces, including pastoring in high school and college ministries, managing a fine-dining restaurant, and overseeing the Quality program for a private company that designs and manufactures Flight Simulation Training Devices. She currently resides in Lebanon, Tennessee with her husband and son. They are her pride and joy, and she spends most of her free time with family enjoying all things outside.
