Bryn Fosburgh is a Senior Vice President and member of the Trimble, Inc. Executive Leadership team. He is currently responsible for Trimble's construction sector and the Caterpillar, Nikon and Hilti Joint Ventures. During Mr. Fosburgh's 27 year career at Trimble, he has also had responsibility for the Agriculture, Transportation and Logistics, Geospatial and Construction franchises. Prior to Trimble, Mr. Fosburgh worked as a civil engineer, surveyor, and cartographer for the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Mr. Fosburgh is a former member of the US Coast Guard and attributes his leadership skills and work ethic to that organization.

A professional engineer by training, Darby Kreitz has been Allnorth's Chief Executive Officer since the company's inception in 1995. Darren is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience leading engineering, architecture, and planning consulting practices throughout the United States.
Prior to joining MNS, Darren held several leadership roles for a large engineering and consulting firm where he was responsible for the management and growth of various geographies including New Jersey, Arizona, and Southern California. Throughout his career, he has served in executive leadership, managerial, and technical roles supporting the delivery of complex multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects. His diverse experience has involved transportation, intelligent transportation systems, structures, geotechnical, architecture, land development, survey, asset management, surface water, water quality, water/wastewater, landscape architecture, construction management, and environmental planning.

Eric has an extensive background in private equity & leveraged finance with the perspective of an operating executive. He has completed transactions with more than 25 companies across a broad range of industries. Prior to working at Long Point, Eric was the CFO of Five Star Food Service, Inc., a business with over $140 million revenues and 1,400 employees. As the CFO of Five Star, Eric helped lead a successful business turnaround in a mature industry (35% year-over-year EBITDA growth).
Eric was a Vice President of SG Capital Partners LLC, a $450 million middle-market private equity fund affiliated with Société Générale, where he focused on leveraged buyout and late-stage growth equity investments. Prior to SG Capital Partners, Eric worked for Chase Securities Inc., in the High Yield Finance Group of Global Investment Banking with a focus on leveraged buyouts. Eric earned his bachelor's degree in economics and political science from Colgate University.

Ira Starr, a founding partner of Long Point Capital, has been an active private equity investor for over 30 years, focusing on investments in founder, family and management-owned companies. Ira often utilizes innovative capital structures that are tailor-made to meet the goals of the owners - generating significant liquidity, maintaining valuable ownership, and potentially eliminating the capital gains tax in selected situations.
Ira is a recognized expert and frequent speaker on private equity investing in the professional services (e.g. engineering, architecture), building products, and home products industries. In addition, Ira is a leader in the use of private equity in ESOP transactions.
Prior to founding Long Point Capital, Ira was a private equity partner at MLG&A, an investment banker with Merrill Lynch and a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Moreno is a distinguished professional with over 35 years of professional and managerial experience having previously served in senior executive capacities for Cardno, Inc., Sapphire Energy, and with antecedent entities that are now incorporated into the undertakings of John Wood Group, PLC and SNC-Lavalin. He has significant experience developing technical and managerial leadership teams as well as deploying high value services and strategies that have resulted in regular, comprehensive, secure, profitable and sustainable outcomes.
Mr. Moreno's market development, managerial oversight and practice area expertise encompass a wide breadth of engineering and consultancy. Specific depth includes water resources, transportation, energy, earth sciences, environmental and natural resources, physical infrastructure, transaction activities and policy development.
Mr. Moreno's corporate governance experience includes all matters of strategy and business planning, strategic partnerships, finance, risk management, human resources, legal, operations, administrative and advocacy programs as well as ownership transition, acquisition activities, shareholder and board interaction. These efforts include full business and P&L responsibilities, planning, budgeting, marketing, client service; sector and business line growth and development; profitable project delivery and technical execution; and the development of the professional, managerial, sector, business line and technical leadership staffs.

He has led business ventures to include entrepreneurial efforts in education, energy, IT, and primary research.
General Marks spent over 30 years in the United States Army holding every command position from infantry platoon leader to commanding general and was the senior intelligence officer during the LA Riots, in the Balkans, Korea, Iraq. He is an Honor Graduate of the US Army's Ranger School and a member of the Military Intelligence Hall of Fame.

He was CFO at Berger Holdings/Louis Berger where he helped to restructure the accounting, finance, tax, audit and IT departments of this large international engineering and government contractor, and was CFO at DMJM Harris/AECOM where he worked closely with the senior executive team on developing their annual strategic plan and led the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of 6 business.

Mary began her career in investment banking and went on to lead transactions with total values of over $750 million at two family offices, Beechtree Capital Partners and Palm Ventures, as well as at several major corporations, including The Hertz Corporation, McCann-Erickson, and 1-800-Flowers.com. She also founded a consulting firm focused on strategic planning and business advisory for middle market companies preparing for future transactions.

Mike Carroll is a broadly experienced executive, having led both private-equity majority-owned portfolio companies as well as large, global publicly-traded firms and organizations across North America and Europe and across end-markets.
Mr. Carroll is currently the Chairman of CHA Consulting Inc. Before, from January 2015 to January 2020 Mr. Carroll served as the CEO and President of CHA Consulting, during which he led CHA through a very successful transaction from one private-equity partner to another. Today CHA is in its industry's top quartile for growth (organic and acquisitive) and profitability.
Mr. Carroll has more than 28 years of executive experience as CEO, President, Executive Vice President and other executive officer positions including with global, multi-billion-dollar engineering, construction and consulting firms such as ARCADIS and AECOM. He has also worked at other engineering consulting firms such as Harding Lawson Associates/MACTEC and Rust Environment & Infrastructure. Prior to entering the engineering and consulting industry, Mr. Carroll spent 20 years in the US Air Force holding significant engineering and facilities management leadership positions throughout the North America and Europe.
Mr. Carroll received a Bachelor of Arts from State University of New York, Utica, a Master of Science for Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as well as an Master of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ms. Lynn Schrier-Behler is a seasoned CFO with strong strategic and operational proficiency who has served in leadership roles for large public and private companies as well as major management consulting firms. She has a significant history with high-growth, turnaround, private equity, and start-up environments.
Currently, Lynn is serving as the Interim CFO for MNS Engineers, Inc. She is also a member of the Moffatt & Nichol Board of Directors and provides executive advisory services to other companies within the AEC sector.
Prior to advising LPC, Lynn has spent over 20 years in the CFO role within the AEC sector, working for such companies as Parsons, Atkins, Penhall, and Perkins Eastman. During her tenure, she has led multiple support group functions in addition to the traditional CFO areas, to include Information Technology, Contracts, Legal, Risk Management, Real Estate & Facilities, and Human Resources. Lynn has also worked internationally, serving as a Sr. Commercial/Financial Advisor to Lima Airport Partners in Lima, Peru. Additionally, she has served a 3-year term on the Board of Directors of Barge Design Solutions and was the Finance & Audit Committee Chair.

Robert Offley founded CentriLogic in 2006 and has also served as the Company's CEO since inception. As CEO, Mr. Offley oversees all aspects of CentriLogic's hosting, data management, network and security services offerings.
Mr. Offley has 27 years of experience in the IT services sector. Before founding CentriLogic, he was the President and CEO of Fusepoint Managed Services. Prior to Fusepoint, Mr. Offley held a number of senior level roles at PSINet, Artecon Inc, and Acal IT.
