Alex is an Associate from Houston, Texas working in the Dallas office. He got his degree from the University of Mississippi studying Real Estate and Finance and has enjoyed getting to work with many different property types.
Allison is a senior associate at LPA and joined the team in 2019. She is experienced in a wide variety of property types, but has a niche for multifamily and subdivisions. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University. She is a San Antonio native and enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Allison is a fan of Aggie football and trips to the Texas coast.
Alyssa graduated from the University of Alabama in the spring of 2022 with a degree in Marketing as well as a double minor in Real Estate and Management Communications. Property types that Alyssa has appraised include: office, retail, industrial, vacant land, and other types of commercial properties. When she is not at work, she likes to hangout with her 2 cats and cheer on the Crimson Tide teams.
Anthony was born and raised in Houston, TX, and is a graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Anthony specializes in right-of-way and eminent domain but also has experience in agricultural, commercial, industrial, office, retail, special use, and vacant land appraisals. Anthony is passionate about fitness and enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
Anthony is a proud Texas A&M graduate, Class of '17, and Master's of Real Estate graduate, Class of '18. Currently a Director at LPA, Anthony focuses on leading a team to produce ethical and timely valuations in North Texas.
Ashley is a part of the LPA research team. In her current role she assists in ensuring the company is up to date on the freshest pieces of data. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she studied Business Marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling new places, trying new restaurants, and has a passion for health and wellness.
Ben is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where he studied History. Prior to working for LPA, he worked in the offshore oil and gas industry. He began his career in commercial real estate appraisal in 2021 when he started with the Lowery team. In his free time Ben enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as spending time with his wife, Katie, and son, Hudson.
Blake was born and raised in Dallas, TX before moving to the Houston area in 2017. Blake graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in economics and began his appraisal career shortly after graduating. He has experience in appraising a wide variety of commercial property types and has completed numerous appraisal assignments. Outside of the office, Blake enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and family, and sports.
Brent is an experienced, MAI designated appraiser in multiple states with over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience. He is a proud Houston native and a graduate from Texas A&M University an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Sciences and a master's degree in Land Development. His professional passion is ensuring high quality valuation reports with a 100% on-time delivery.
Bobbie is an Associate at LPA. He is a proud U.S. Navy Veteran where he served four years in Sasebo, Japan aboard the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6). A graduate of Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, where he studied Finance. Bobbie is proudly gaining experience in a wide range of commercial property types, contributing to the valuation process while remaining teachable.
Brent is an experienced, MAI designated appraiser in multiple states with over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience. He is a proud Houston native and a graduate from Texas A&M University an undergraduate degree in Urban and Regional Sciences and a master's degree in Land Development. His professional passion is ensuring high quality valuation reports with a 100% on-time delivery.
Brian began his career with LPA in June 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the San Antonio office focusing on production of appraisal reports, as well as overseeing and assisting a team of appraisers. He attended Texas A&M University where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Parsons Mounted Cavalry, and the Spirit of '02 cannon crew. He studied Finance and later earned his Master of Real Estate. In his spare time Brian enjoys playing golf, spending time with family, and serving on the Beef Cattle Committee for the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo.
Bio
In Jeff's current role as Director of the Corpus Christi office he is focused on building and educating his team about various property types and the appraisal process. He is a proud graduate of Texas A&M, where he studied Finance and Economics. He has experience in a wide range of commercial property types and eminent domain valuations for highways, pipelines, highlines, and corridor projects.
He's passionate about investing time with his wife Anna and his family. He is also a passionate supporter of Texas A&M Athletics.
Bridgette is a proud Texas A&M Islander finance graduate. She is very passionate about sunsets and beaches. Her property type experience includes land, retail, office, industrial, and apartments.
Bryce is an Associate at LPA. Bryce joined LPA in June 2022 after completing his MBA at the University of Alabama with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Bryce is also a 2019 graduate of the University of Alabama, where he majored in History and minored in Sociology. Currently, Bryce is Licensed Trainee in Texas working towards his Certified General Appraisers license.
Bio
Huntyr joined LPA in 2022. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics - Finance and Real Estate. Whoop! She enjoys each day at LPA as she continues to expand her knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry. She spends her time outside of the office relaxing with family and friends.
Carl is an experienced appraiser specializing in right of way and partial acquisitions. The growth in the Texas market has driven this segment of the business to expand in recent years. Carl's expertise and client list has been an asset to the LPA San Antonio office. A fighting Texas A&M graduate and MAI, Carl brings a well-rounded education to the organization. He is married to his amazing wife, Courtney. Their daughter Brittney, and her husband Jordan, just welcomed the first grandson Wyatt Taylor into the world. Carl loves to spend his weekends at the beach or hunting at the ranch.
Carlos is an Associate of LPA. In his current role he drives to deliver a wide range of valuation service in commercial property for transactional projects. He is a proud graduate of The University of Alabama with a BS in Commerce and Business Administration. Carlos is working towards becoming a state licensed appraiser in the state of Texas.

After earning both a Bachelor's degree in Finance and then attending the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University, Ellen joined LPA as an Associate in January 2019. She enjoys coming into the office every day, collaborating with her team, and furthering her education while she works towards her MAI designation. In her free time, she loves to read, practice photography, try new restaurants, and go hiking with her husband and dog!
Cassidy is a Senior Associate at LPA - Fort Worth. Cassidy is a State Certified General Appraiser in Texas, where she has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, rural ranch, land, as well as special purpose. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Cassidy received a BS in Psychology with a Business Minor in May 2019 and a Master of Real Estate in December 2020, both from Texas A&M University. Cassidy enjoys spending time with friends and family, hanging out with her dogs, and traveling.
Cecelia graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in International Studies and Spanish (2018) and a Master of Real Estate Finance and Land Economics (2019). She is a Texas state certified general appraiser who works with a wide range of property types, including residential subdivisions, multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use developments. She is from the great city of San Antonio (go Spurs!) and is loving exploring Austin, where she currently lives!
Chellie graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA Marketing, and has been an MAI since 1994. She is State Certified in Texas and New Mexico. She enjoys watching all sports, particularly college sports.
Cody graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance in December 2017. He performs a wide array of complex appraisal assignments across a multitude of property types for both eminent domain and commercial lending purposes. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, training martial arts, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Dakota is an El Paso native and graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a degree in finance and a minor in accounting in Dec 2021.

Danielle serves as a Director at LPA Fort Worth, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Danielle is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through The Appraisal Institute. She appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as airplane hangars and equestrian facilities.
Eleni has spent many years traveling the world with her family and husband during their time in the US Army. When her husband retired, Eleni found LPA. Eleni contributes to the organization's culture, development, and staffing by supporting the day-to-day administrative, financial, HR, and operational functions of the organization. She also manages and oversees the LPA research team. Eleni is a born and raised Texan and has a BS in Human Resource Management and a Master's degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland. She lives in Prosper, Texas with her husband, David, and two children, Katie and Jacob.
Hilary received her BS in Radio, Television and Film from Texas Christian University and her Masters Degree in Communication, Media and Technology from Southern Methodist University where she is now a Part-time Adjunct Professor for the Temerlin Advertising Institute. In various functions, she has been instrumental in building and growing brands for more than 20 years through initiatives in Advertising and Marketing. She has also published two children's books. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Hunter was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He pursued baseball through college at McLennan Community College and Abilene Christian University, where he studied Financial Management. He has 3 years of experience in banking before joining LPA. He is passionate about spending time with his wife, Shanae, and enjoys hunting and fishing.

Isabella is an Associate at LPA Fort Worth. She holds her Texas Appraiser Trainee license and has appraised properties ranging from office, retail, industrial, multi-family, restaurants, land, and other types of special use commercial properties. Isabella received her BS in General Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate from the University of Alabama in 2021. Isabella is a native of Southlake, Texas and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jake proudly serves as the director of the Lubbock office, which serves areas all around West Texas and Eastern New Mexico including Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Amarillo, and San Angelo. He has experience in a variety of different property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, subdivisions, and special use properties. He is a graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Urban Planning and Land Development. He enjoys watching/talking about college football, cooking, music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
James is a native of Wisconsin and has a BBA degree in Finance and a MS degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin. He relocated to Denver, Colorado in 1979 and since then has worked in various leadership roles in the commercial real estate appraisal industry. Jim moved to Corpus Christi, Texas in 2005 where he owned his own appraisal firm prior to joining LPA in 2021. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to LPA. In his free time he enjoys ballroom/country dancing with his wife, working out, sports and the beach.

Jordan is the managing director of LPA's San Antonio office and coordinates all aspects of Central Texas lender projects in his current role. He is a proud third generation Texan and San Antonio transplant who graduated from Southern Methodist University with undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology. Jordan has over a decade of commercial real property valuation experience across a wide range of property types, specializing in self-storage. His professional passion is training and working closely with team members to timely produce high-quality valuation reports for our client's needs.
Karen is a Mexico City native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. She moved to Houston in 2013. She began her career at LPA in 2021. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, working out and spending time with her family.
Kelsey is a Director at LPA, where she leads a team of appraisers on the transactional side. Kelsey is State Certified in Texas and is working towards her MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute. Kelsey appraises a variety of property types including, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use developments, restaurants, land, and a variety of other special use commercial properties, such as mobile home parks and RV parks. Kelsey received her BS in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from The University of Alabama. Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, and playing tennis.

Kevin is the Managing Director of LPA Houston. He directs an experienced team of appraisers and works on various projects to help continue to grow the Houston office. A proud graduate of Texas A&M, he studied Construction Science and Real Estate. He joined LPA in 2018 and has experience in a wide variety of commercial property types.
Cody graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance in December 2017. He performs a wide array of complex appraisal assignments across a multitude of property types for both eminent domain and commercial lending purposes. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, cooking, training martial arts, watching movies and spending time with friends.
Maggie recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Finance and Economics and a minor in Real Estate. She enjoys cooking, travelling, spending time with friends and family, and watching Alabama football! Roll Tide!
Mario serves as Senior Managing Director of LPA in San Antonio. He was born and raised in San Antonio and brings over 20 years of appraisal experience in South and Central Texas. He has led the San Antonio office since its inception in 2016 and also established the right-of-way/litigation support valuation practice of LPA.
Mark Arve - Managing Director
Mark has been appraising for 22 years, working in numerous states and roles along the way. Today, he enjoys training future appraisal all-stars by helping them discover their talents and develop their passions within the field. Designations currently held: MAI, AI-GRS, CCIM, and ASA.
Mark Lowery leads the Team at LPA as the owner and founder and serves as President and CEO.
Mark is a proud graduate of Texas A&M where he studied Finance and Real Estate. He has a long history in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal industry which began with Wells Fargo Bank, where he focused primarily on residential appraisal review. In 2002, he moved to BRG, Inc. as a Senior Appraiser recruiting and training multiple appraisers.
In 2010, Mark founded Lowery Property Advisors with a dream of changing the landscape in the Commercial Real Estate Appraisal field, and in 12 short years, he has done just that. He leads the LPA Team with our Core Values in mind and the relationships he has cultivated over the years are a testament to him and the Team he has built.
More importantly, Mark works tirelessly to ensure LPA's reputation for on-time delivery and ethical and accurate commercial valuations throughout the Southwest and beyond, is upheld year after year.
Mason is originally from Houston. He graduated from the University of Texas in 2021. When not at work he enjoys watching Longhorn Football, the Astros, playing golf and spending time at the gym.
Karen is a Mexico City native and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University. She moved to Houston in 2013. She began her career at LPA in 2021. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, working out and spending time with her family.
Matt is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he studied Agricultural Economics and real estate and achieved a Master of Real Estate degree. Since 2010, he has worked in commercial real estate appraisal, including eminent domain and lending, and has been a part of the Lowery Team since January 2022. In his free time Matt enjoys cooking and spending time in the outdoors with wife Jenna and two children Luke and Anna.
McKenna enjoys learning each day from her colleagues and strives to make each report better than the last. Prior to joining LPA, she attended Texas Tech University. In 2019, she received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications, and in 2021, she received a Master of Science in Agricultural Communications after publishing a thesis. Outside of the office, she is passionate about spending time with her family and friends, aviation, traveling, hiking, and flying fishing. Originally from Floydada, Texas, she now resides in El Paso.
Michelle is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics. Michelle worked as a credit analyst before switching to commercial real estate appraisal in 2015. She has been a part of the LPA team since June 2022. In her free time Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and especially enjoys her time outside and trying new restaurants.
Morgan Pavloske is a Director for LPA in the Houston office. She is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and completes a wide variety of complex real estate appraisal assignments.
Alonzo graduated in May 2022 with a Bachelor's in Finance from Texas A&M University, he is currently certified in Microsoft Excel 2018. He enjoys connecting with others and making a positive impact wherever he may go.
Nicole is a graduate of Texas Tech University in December 2020 with a bachelors in Agricultural Economics. She has been in the appraisal business since 2018, starting out as an Appraisal Assistant and became a full-time appraiser in 2021. She originates from San Antonio, but now resides in Lubbock, Texas.
Noah is an associate here at LPA where he produces appraisals for a wide variety of property types. Noah is a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University where he studied Business Administration. After graduating, Noah was introduced to LPA in the fall of 2021. In his free time, Noah enjoys the great outdoors, trips to the mountains, and all things orange. Go Pokes!

Shane is a Director with LPA and has over a decade of experience appraising a wide range of commercial properties for both transactional and right-of-way projects. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds a Right of Way Appraisal Certification (R/W-AC) from the IRWA.
Sheridan is a recent Graduate of Texas Tech University where she studied Agricultural Business. She is currently in her apprenticeship and enjoys learning about new property types and working through the challenges that they bring. She really enjoys working alongside her colleagues. Sheridan enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her free time.
Trevor is a senior associate here at LPA where he produces appraisals for a wide variety of property types. Trevor is a proud graduate of the University of Florida where he studied Finance. After graduating, he attended Texas A&M University where he received a Masters in Real Estate and was introduced to LPA. In his free time, Trevor enjoys watching movie, reading books, and supporting his favorite sports teams.
Will serves as a Director for LPA in Fort Worth and has performed valuation and consulting services across the State of Texas and surrounding states on a wide range of commercial property types, with a primary focus on eminent domain/condemnation appraisals.
