Joseph S. Lopes has joined DNV (formerly KEMA and DNV GL) as a Senior Principal Consultant. He has been serving the electric and gas utility and overall industry as a utility manager and consultant for over 40 years in the areas of: Joseph serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the Association of Energy Engineers Long Island Chapter, and has received several awards from the Association. He was previously a founder and principal of Lopes Consulting Services and co-founder of Applied Energy Group, Inc., where he served the energy industry for over 28 years.
