Mr. Thomas leads the firm's landscape architectural services with more than 30 years of experience in land planning and site design of a wide range of project types and environments. Henry has particular strengths in site design and detailing, and his technical skills compliment an exceptional ability to work with clients, consultants, and public review agencies in a project leadership role.
Prior to joining the LRC Group, Henry spent 17 years as a senior landscape architect with a leading New England A/E firm where he contributed to the success of projects chiefly in the educational, institutional, and healthcare market sectors. Working in a multi-disciplined environment was an opportunity to develop and refine his collaborative skills with a broad range of development professionals. This background is well suited to The LRC Group's professional of services menu and the variety of project types that we consult on, and Mr. Thomas is able to bring the perspective of landscape architects to bear on our work, in either a leadership or supporting role.
His experience working at other landscape architectural design firms in the Midwest and Mountain West, both traditional and forward thinking, provided him mentorship from very skilled and highly regarded professionals who helped to hone his craft - both the product and the process aspects of the work. Those opportunities also expanded his exposure and experiences on a variety of housing development and resort planning/design project types.
With thirty two years of varied surveying experience with Greiner Engineering and Conklin & Soroka prior to joining Land Resource Consultants, Mr. Wagenblatt's responsibilities include marketing, proposal development, scheduling and overseeing up to five survey crews, supporting office personnel, review of technical survey details, meeting completion dates, quality control, financial control, and administrative management. His past survey experience includes hydrographic survey, large boundary and residential surveys, monumentation and mapping projects for the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, mapping for construction stakeout projects, establishing horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping projects and all phases of construction and topographic surveys. He has also managed the surveying for approximately eighty-five miles of various cross country natural gas pipelines. Mr. Wagenblatt's recent responsibilities included overseeing all Global Positioning System (GPS) surveys for which ground control was established for photogrammetric mapping projects and cellular phone sites throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Mr. Casamento's background experiences have varied from Project Management, Site Planning and Environmental Services. While these experiences have rounded out his over-all professional development, his dedication to client satisfaction has remained consistent.
Mr. Casamento has managed projects from beginning to end assisting in site layout and design while working with the client to keep the clients visions in place. He has extensive construction experience which allows him to transition from design and permitting to oversight during the construction phase. Mr. Casamento is also responsible for all stormwater and erosion control design and construction oversight.
Mr. Casamento has extensive experience in conducting environmental assessments on a wide range of properties from residential dwellings to industrial facilities. Mr. Casamento has been responsible for environmental permitting and investigations for a wide variety of project types and sizes. He has also served as project manager for large commercial development projects assisting in their permitting process and design phases. Mr. Casamento has experience managing development projects in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Maine.
Mr. Bolduc has more than thirty-five years of varied survey experience. Prior to joining The LRC Group, Normand had established and operated Bolduc Land Consultants where his responsibilities included marketing, proposal development, scheduling and overseeing survey crews and supporting office personnel, review of technical survey details, and responsibility for meeting completion dates, quality and financial control and administrative management. Client and engineering liaison for design services.
His experience includes preparation of Boundary and Topographic surveys, Engineering Design Survey Base Mapping for commercial and residential projects, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, monumentation and mapping projects for the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation, construction layout projects varying in size from residential developments to large site layouts. Establishing horizontal and vertical control for aerial mapping projects utilizing both GPS and conventional surveying. He also has extensive experience in Building Column Layout and anchor bolt locations for steel erection.
With over thirty-five years of experience, Mr. Morrison is equipped with a wide range of valuable technical engineering skills. Coupled with a diverse geographical background, he is able to offer a detailed and thorough knowledge of the land development process throughout the Northeast and other regions of the country. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects from commercial to residential land development, public works, as well as transportation engineering and recreational facilities design. Additionally, Rodney is an experienced project manager, having completed large-scale development programs in multiple states. As a founding principal of The LRC Group, Mr. Morrison is the Principal in Charge for all engineering and design services offered by the firm.
