Adam Famularo

Adam Famularo serves on Lucidworks' board of directors. He is the CEO of WorkFusion and is dedicated to customer and partner success, building world-class teams, and delivering great returns for shareholders and investors. Prior to joining WorkFusion, Adam served as CEO at erwin Inc., recently acquired by Quest. As a co-founder of erwin, where he partnered with Parallax Capital Partners, Adam built an extraordinary company that helped the world's largest organizations discover, manage, protect and leverage enterprise data to drive successful digital transformations. Prior to erwin, Adam oversaw Verizon's enterprise distribution channels - partners, value-added resellers and systems integrators - across the world. Before Verizon, Adam served as a senior vice president and general manager for CA Technologies Cloud Computing business and Storage & Data Management business units. Adam is a frequent contributor to the Forbes Technology Council and other industry publications and serves on the National Advisory Council for Donorschoose.org, a charity focused on helping children succeed in the classroom. He is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and three girls, loves great food, wine and golf and occasionally punishes his body with Spartan Races.

Chris McKay

Chris McKay joined Granite Ventures in September 1998 from Hambrecht & Quist, where he was an analyst in the firm's Venture Capital department. Chris focuses on software investments, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Lucid Imagination, Marqeta, Martini Media, Sendmail, and Symplified. Chris previously served as a Director of Arcot Systems (acquired by CA Technologies), Purisma (acquired by Dun & Bradstreet) and was involved with the Boards of Actional (acquired by Progress Software), Cardiff (acquired by Verity) and Connected (acquired by Iron Mountain). Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia.

David Golob

David Golob is the chief investment officer of Francisco Partners, a global private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in the information technology sector. Prior to joining FP in 2001, Golob worked at Tiger Management, where he was co-head of the global technology group. Prior to Tiger, he worked as a growth equity investor focused on the software industry at General Atlantic Partners. Earlier in his career, Golob worked at McKinsey & Company and at Newport Systems (acquired by Cisco).

Diane Honda

Diane Honda serves on Lucidworks' board of directors. She is the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary of Barracuda Networks. Diane oversees Barracuda's worldwide human resource, legal, compliance, and risk management functions, including strategic and operational oversight. She played a pivotal role in Barracuda's IPO, as well as its sale to Thoma Bravo, successfully developing and implementing legal and human resource infrastructures, organizational strategy, and processes. Diane has previously served as an Elected Trustee on the Las Lomitas Elementary School District Board and currently serves on the Board of Java Joy, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating transformative experiences for, and to providing educational and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Garth Timoll

Garth is a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at Top Tier Capital Partners. He leads the Firm's co-investment and venture secondary investment activity. He is currently on the board of Lucidworks, Paperless Post, and Komprise and is a board observer on 2nd Watch, CircleCI, Contino, Deposit Solutions, Plastiq, and Qumulo. Prior to joining Top Tier's predecessor firm Paul Capital in 2009, Garth was a vice president at Portfolio Advisors, where he focused on primary investments in venture capital, leveraged buyout, and special situation funds. Before that, he was at Fairview Capital Partners and Rogerscasey. Garth graduated from Bates College as a Benjamin E. Mays Scholar with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in economics and was captain of the varsity basketball team. Garth is a current member of the Bates College Board of Trustees. Peter Curran

Peter built his first ecommerce website in 1995 - selling a GRE preparation program he and a friend wrote as they studied for the test. It only sold about a dozen copies for $30 apiece, but it was a start. Since then, Peter has worked on every ecommerce business model, in every category, and every size company. In 2010, he co-founded, and acted as President and Head of Sales for Cirrus10, a Web Content Management and Ecommerce Technology consultancy that achieved 100% referenceability across more than 150 customers in North America and Europe. In 2019, Lucidworks acquired Cirrus10 and Peter became Lucidworks' first General Manager of a business vertical. Peter holds Bachelors degrees in History and English from Emory University and lives in Seattle.

Raj Kandasamy

Raj brings a wealth of experience in distributed computing, hybrid cloud, and real-time data insights. Raj was most recently with Singular as the Vice President of Engineering, an industry leading mobile intelligent marketing platform where he was part of the team that formulated unified product strategy. He led Singular's efforts to create a near real-time customer data management platform and helped to grow the business from inception to large scale. Raj has over 20 years of engineering experience and served engineering leadership roles at various companies including Aggregate Knowledge (Acquired by Neustar), Openx, Intuit and Netscape.

Ravi Mohan

Ravi is a Managing Director at Shasta Ventures and co-founded the firm in 2004. With more $1B under management, Shasta Ventures is a leading early-stage venture capital firm investing in Smart Software for the enterprise - breakthrough products that change the way we work. Ravi has focused his entire career on creating and funding software to help enterprises become more competitive. He works with passionate entrepreneurs who possess unique product and market perspectives that result in disruptive companies. He helps founders work through the trials of finding product-market fit and joins forces to figure out how best to develop, execute, and fund their go-to-market strategies and plans. In addition to Lucidworks, Ravi led Shasta's investments in leading enterprise software companies including Anaplan (NYSE: PLAN), Apptio (NASDAQ: APTI), Volometrix (acquired by Microsoft), Finsphere (acquired by VISA), iConclude (acquired by HP), Lithium (acquired by Vista Equity), WatchDox (acquired by Blackberry) and Zenprise (acquired by Citrix). Prior to Shasta Ventures, Ravi was a general partner at Battery Ventures. Ravi started his career building transaction-processing systems at Accenture, selling and implementing software applications for Hyperion Software Corp., and running MIC, a business intelligence software company in India. He also spent time at McKinsey & Co., working with consumer-packaged goods companies. Ravi holds a B.S. degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and a M.B.A. degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Reade Frank - CFO, COO

Reade has been a CFO for early-stage and emerging companies for more than 12 years. Before joining Lucidworks, Reade was co-founder of AngelPoints, helping some of the largest companies in the world engage employees in volunteering, giving, and sustainability. Reade was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the board of directors of AngelPoints which was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2012. He also spent a couple years in investment banking in NYC and more than four years at a Philadelphia-based startup. Reade graduated from Yale University with a BA in History.

Sherry Uhrig

Sherry has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources to include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Employee Development. Her background includes partnering with various industries but most recently joined us from Salesforce where she partnered with leaders in Global Distribution. She holds a Senior Certification in Human Resources, a Masters in Human Resources from Troy University and additional certifications in Change Management and Diversity and Inclusion. Sherry and her dog Ivy are located in Atlanta, Georgia. Sherry has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources to include Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Employee Development. Her background includes partnering with various industries but most recently joined us from Salesforce where she partnered with leaders in Global Distribution. Spencer Tall

Spencer's focus has been security and enterprise SaaS related technologies. He is an experienced seed and early stage investor, who assists young companies and their founders in recruiting and strategic relationships. Prior to Allegis, he was co-founder of APV Technology Ventures, an early stage technology fund. He was also co-owner of Asia Pacific Ventures, a business advisory and consulting firm that focused on strategic relationships throughout Asia. During his tenure at APV, he worked with more than 50 companies in the USA, and consulted for large enterprises including Canon, Fujitsu, NEC, Sega, and Sony. When not working with his portfolio, Spencer enjoys snow skiing, fly fishing, running, playing basketball and hockey.

Will Hayes - CEO

Will Hayes is the CEO of Lucidworks, the leader in AI-powered search. Hayes has over 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley leading product, marketing, and business development initiatives. Prior to Lucidworks, Hayes was head of technical business development for Splunk. He also created and led the company's global partner program. Earlier in his career, Hayes served as a software engineer at Genentech, where he built solutions that supported the sales and drug development teams. For the past three years, Hayes has served as a member of YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives dedicated to improving lives, businesses, and the world. He has also been a partner to 10,000 Degrees, an organization that provides financial, emotional, and educational resources to Bay Area kids. He currently lives with his family in San Francisco, California, where Lucidworks is headquartered.
