George has over 35 years of experience in Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate, including substantial Corporate, Institutional and Lender services. George entered the industry with CBRE working in the firm's Stamford, CT, White Plains, NY and New York City offices as well as opening and developing the company's Hartford, CT office. George is a 35 year commercial real estate veteran, with substantial Individual, Corporate, Institutional, Lender, Owner, Investor and Developer experience. He is focused on Commercial and Multifamily Property Capital Restructuring, Acquisitions, Dispositions, Investments, Joint Ventures and Development. George served as the Tri-State Region's Vice President of Marketing, Acquisitions and Development with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes, the Boston-based Development and Investment firm and as Senior Director, Investment Services with CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield Capital Markets Group. George is based in Palm Beach County Florida with Lambros Real Estate Venture, focused primarily on the Southeast Florida markets.
George earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Long Island University, C.W. Post College furthering his education with numerous courses in leasing, sales and finance, including CCIM courses. George has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM).
George is committed to the Firm providing outstanding Investment services. He is responsible for providing leadership, direction, oversight of member activities and assuring quality execution and the complete and successful fulfillment of our commitments.
Kramer has over 15 years of experience in the Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate Industry commencing with supporting George and Leslie in their Real Estate Investment activities. Kramer also served with Boardwalk Properties as Commercial Real Estate Director/Sales Manager; Bay Associates Realty as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing and City Point Development as Project/Development Review and Management.
Kramer's interests also include his passion and extensive history with Porsches. He is an accomplished and highly skilled Porsche aficionado and expert. His history began over two decades ago in Connecticut with a private Porsche racing veteran. This led to developing relationships with a wide array of accomplished Investor clientele who share his love for Porsche. He has worked with Porsche racing teams including SpeedSport Tuning, Farnbacher Loles, Orbit Racing, Klub Sport and Vici Racing where he ran the 2008 ALMS season. Kramer is a graduate of UTI and the prestigious Porsche PTAP.
Responsibilities at the Firm include sourcing opportunities and investment capital.
Leslie has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial and Multifamily Real Estate Industry Investing. Properties include Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-Family, Hotel, Improved and Unimproved Commercial and Residential Land. Leslie was instrumental in the successful opening of the CBRE Hartford, CT office and the formation of Lambros Real Estate Ventures, LLC. Leslie is responsible for investor & client relations. In addition, oversight of research and support services and promoting the firm. Investments include Individuals, Corporations, Institutions and Lenders
Leslie is an accomplished artist with a wide range of experience including graphic design, murals and mixed medium. Leslie has developed extensive marketing capabilities, enhanced by her studies at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and additional art and marketing courses focusing on Fine Art, Commercial Art, and Graphic Design.
Leslie is responsible for investor relations and creating the firm's Investment materials.
