Dr. Seagraves joined the team at Manus Dental - Hyde Park earlier in 2020. She received her DDS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and her Master of Science in Oral Sciences and Orthodontic Certificate from the University of Illinois at Chicago. While she was a third year resident, she received the Blair Endowed Scholarship for her demonstrated leadership throughout her residency program.
Dr. Seagraves specializes in Invisalign and Damon braces and loves to watch as teeth move and smiles develop. For her, it is very exciting to see her patients grow with the personality of a new smile. Her patients describe her as compassionate, warm, and welcoming.
Dr. Seagraves is a native of Warren, Ohio. She loves living in Chicago because there is always something to do and how warm and welcoming the people are. In her free time, she loves visiting her nieces and nephews, hiking, yoga, reading, and listening to podcasts.

Dr. Daniel Dohnalek graduated from Indiana University in 1979 where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. In 1983, he earned his Doctorate Degree from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Dohnalek attended the Oral Cancer Program at Michael Reese Hospital.
Dr. Dohnalek has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry for over 25 years. He believes that communication and patient education are essential for a positive doctor/patient relationship. He has a special interest in advanced cosmetic dental restorative techniques; including dental implants, crown & bridge and porcelain veneers.
Dr. Dohnalek is a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. He is a board member of the American Cancer Society.
Dr. Dohnalek resides on the North Shore with his wife and their two children. Dr. Dohnalek is an active sports participant and coach, and he especially enjoys running and golf.
Dr. Harrison Mackler graduated cum laude from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he was the only dental student in the country to receive a prestigious one-year Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellowship to study at the Forsyth Institute. Among other honors there, he received the American Association of Periodontology Student Award for Achievement in Periodontology. He has researched aspects of bone and dental tissue engineering at King's College London Dental Institute, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital.
He relocated to Chicago to graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago Advanced Specialty Program in Periodontics. There, he became experienced in all aspects of periodontal procedures including implants (from single-tooth to full-jaw, including "All-on-4"), bone grafts, root coverage grafting, and gum disease treatments.
Dr. Mackler currently resides in Chicago and lectures internationally as faculty with the International Academy of Dental Implantology. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and stand-up paddle boarding on Lake Michigan.

Dr. John Chae graduated with honors from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he was inducted into the national dental honor society Omicron Kappa Upsilon. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at John Stroger Hospital of Cook County where he received extensive training in facial trauma, reconstruction and orthognathic surgery. He is well trained in outpatient anesthesia as well as complex dental implant procedures.
Also on staff at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Chae enjoys bringing his best to every procedure and every patient. He also enjoys giving comprehensive support and treatment to make sure that everyone who sits in his chair can follow through with a healthy lifestyle.
Among Dr. Chae's accreditations are the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is also a certified Basic Life Support instructor for healthcare providers. He is also accredited by the American College of Surgeons in Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Outside the office, Dr. Chae enjoys exploring different cultures and cuisine by traveling and is a self-described "avid foodie." He also cherishes the opportunity to serve others internationally as he has traveled to South America and Asia for mission work on numerous occasions.

Dr. Pallavi Agarwal has enjoyed transforming patients' smiles since she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. She conveniently offers a variety of dental services including, but not limited to, restorative, implant, and cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Agarwal loves to learn and is always looking for ways to refine her professional skills with new dental advancements and different ways to care for her patients' needs. She loves staying up to date with the latest dental technology and techniques and strives to make sure her patients are at ease. Dr. Agarwal takes pride in delivering compassionate, comprehensive dental care with a strong emphasis on prevention and patient education.
She is professionally affiliated with the Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, and Illinois State Dental Society. When not at the office, Dr. Agarwal enjoys spending her time with her husband and two daughters. She likes traveling, reading mysteries, cooking, and watching movies.
Dr. Cummings received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from Howard University College of Dentistry in 1997 and his Certificate of Periodontics from the University of Iowa in 2000. He is currently engaged in the full time private practice of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and has been for the last 13 years.
Dr. Cummings has been recognized both nationally and internationally for his academic excellence and clinical ability. His research on Peptostreptococcus micros has been published in the Journal of Periodontology. Dr. Cummings has extensive training in all aspects of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry and is dedicated to providing patients with the latest treatment in the field. Additionally, Dr. Cummings is certified to provide IV sedation which affords him the ability to treat the most anxious of patients.
Dr. Cummings is dedicated to his family including his wife Tene, daughter McCoy and son Harmon. In his spare time he enjoys working out and cycling.
Dr. Joseph Rubis is a Joliet native who graduated from Joliet Catholic Academy in 1997. In 2001, he graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and then continued his education at Marquette Dental School. In 2005, he then graduated from Marquette.
Dr. Rubis regularly participates in courses to improve his craft utilizing modern techniques and materials. He has attended IAOM and Sleep Group Solutions learning from the leading experts in the fields of orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, sleep dentistry and TMJ therapy. He regularly attends the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry seminars and has participated in the Rondeau Orthodontic seminars.
