Cathy Davis is a co-owner of Mid America Property Partners and has over 30 years of real estate experience. She helps manage the day to day operations of this full service real estate company overseeing the full time employees and agents. Cathy works with several financial, government institutions, and REO clients including Reverse Mortgages. Her focus includes acquisition of the asset, eviction and CFKs negotiations, the evaluation process, marketing strategy, property preservation and closing.
Cathy has been recognized as the top #1 Sales Team in both units and volume going back to 2004 in St. Louis by several organizations, including the St. Louis Association of Realtors, the St. Charles Board of Realtors and the St. Louis Business Journal.
Born and raised in the St. Louis area, Cathy Fronick is a full-time real estate professional who knows the immediate area as well as the surrounding area like the back of her hand. Cathy chose a career in real estate because she enjoys the challenge of finding the perfect home for her buyers. When it comes to listing your home, she does what it takes to market it and get it sold! Her motto is ‘Commitment is Key'. Cheryl has been a Missouri licensee for 22+ years and loves what she does, help people sell and buy real estate. She specializes in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and its surrounding counties. Cheryl carries the prestigious REALTOR® designation; Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Her motto is ‘Making your Dreams a Reality'. Cheryl is very passionate about real estate and looks forward to serving you.
Debbi Stephens is consistently ranked as one of the top agent professionals at Mid-America Property Partners and attributes her success, referrals and repeat business to her outstanding customer service. A life-long Missouri resident, she has seen the area grow and develop and knows the in's and out's of real estate in the region better than most.
She has two grown children and three grandchildren who all reside in the St. Charles County area. In her free time, Debbi likes to spend time with her family, dabble in interior design and work in her yard.

Edwina has a had a lengthy career as an agent and broker in the metro St. Louis Region. In addition to performing the Broker duties outlined by the MREC, Edwina is supportive in promoting the goals of Mid America Property Partners. Her experience as holding leadership positions in both the St. Louis REALTORS, St. Charles County Association and Missouri Association of REALTORS has given her opportunities to network with numerous members of the real estate industry and remain proficient in following the industry rules and regulations. She accepts these honors and believes it allows her to promote the associations' goals and gives her a voice to support our members and communities. Edwina has always prided herself to be a mentor to others. She finds it rewarding to encourage agents and provide guidance that they will be the best real estate professionals.
Kandie Dolan has been a Missouri real estate licensee for nearly 20 years. Her specialties include HUD, VA, REO bank owned property and retail sales. Not many real estate licensees can claim Kandie's contract expertise. She is extremely well-versed and up-to-date in knowledge of contracts and addendums, including the variety of paperwork required by REO bank sellers and the various systems they use. Kandie enjoys working with both buyers and sellers, and she truly understands the ins and outs of the unique aspects of the real estate business.
Kandie recently celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary to her husband Dan. Together they have 4 children (3 of whom are in college!) and two beautiful granddaughters.

Michelle Syberg is a co-owner of Mid-America Property Partners and is a licensed Broker-Salesperson, specializing in corporate-owned homes. She works with several REO clients and has the knowledge and experience necessary to manage and market REO assets from acquisition through settlement.
Past experience includes Citicorp Mortgage, Inc., from May 1987 through May 1997 as an Operations and Sales Manager in the REO Department working with a wide range of customers. From 1992-1997, Michelle served as an Operations Unit Manager and was responsible for the hiring, training and management of a staff of 8-12 that would liquidate owned real estate by achieving maximum return on sale while minimizing losses. She traveled to her markets for property inspections and trained agents, vendors and field representatives on the REO sale process. Michelle also developed and trained CMI field representatives and vendors on procedures and on-going training changes, as well as coordinated the Florida conversion project of REO processing to St. Louis in 1992. Prior to this time period, Michelle was the REO Supervisor from 1989-1992. She managed a staff of ten in the marketing and operations functions of REO. In 1988 while working as a Marketing Analyst, Michelle was recognized as a top performer with 97% return of appraisal while maintaining 66% under contract. Michelle has fifteen years of market analysis experience and progressive experience in the finance industry.
She has a qualified and helpful team available at your service! Our team works with first time home buyers, move up buyers, second home buyers, corporate buyers and sellers. Our team is experienced in working with private sellers and buyer, large and small portfolio investors, auction and bulk sales on small and large scales.

Sue's real estate career started over 25 years ago. Her selling background includes 14 years selling New Home Construction where she was a Lifetime Member of the coveted "Seven Figure Sales Circle". Sue was delighted to join the Mid America Property Partner's "Team" in 2011 and is consistently working with numerous investors.
Although born and raised in North County, Sue and her husband have been residents of St. Charles County for over 28 years and are empty nesters. She also enjoys occasionally rehabbing homes as well.
