Dennis has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. From 1986 through 2013 he managed and directed over $3.7 billion of highway and railroad construction projects for Lunda Construction Company. In 2013, Dennis was appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Lunda, leading their operations, and pursuing and constructing bridge projects in the Midwest, as well as pipeline projects nation-wide. In 2023 Dennis stepped down from his presidential role and continues as Lunda's CEO.

As Vice President of Lunda's Railroad Division, Dennis has developed strong working relationships with owners, designers and contractors in the rail industry. His civil engineering background and decades of experience in civil transportation construction enable him to work effectively with regulatory agencies, owners, designers and other contractors to solve problems, remove obstructions to construction and streamline the construction sequence. In addition to experience in complex high capacity railroad bridge construction, Dennis' experience also includes large interchange projects, moveable bridges and numerous major river crossings, including design-build experience for both railroad and DOT projects.

President Joe Larson has over 28 years of construction industry experience. He has built projects in various site conditions, including high traffic and environmentally sensitive areas. He has successfully partnered and completed major bridge projects with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Iowa Department of Transportation, Illinois Department of Transportation, Missouri Department of Transportation, North Dakota Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Transportation, UP Railroad, CN Railroad, WSOR Railroad and Dairyland Power. Joe's extensive skill and experience in complex transportation projects affords his employees and clients a foundation of trust, assurance, and commitment to the success of every project.

Mark is the Vice President of Lunda's Pipeline Division. With over 22 years of field construction and management experience, Mark's areas of oversight have included safety administration and engineering, loss control, QA/QC, and overall project management. He has experience managing a variety of pipeline, heavy highway, railroad, industrial, commercial, lock and dam and commercial construction projects for variety of owners including multiple DOTs, MSHA, the Army Corps of Engineers, railroad owner-operators, and private industry.

Mark Olsen has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of structural, heavy civil and industrial projects using traditional and alternativer delivery methods. Mark has spent the greater part of his last 20 years focusing on design-build project delivery, with the majority of those projects having been completed for the Missouri Department of Transportation, Minnesota Department of Transportation and Colorado Department of Transportation. His knowledge of construction best practices, holistic approach to projects along with his ability to wiork with Owners and Designers to amicably resolve project issues and deliver projects on schedule is one of the greatest assets Mark brings to any project team.

Mike has over 23 years of experience in leading complex heavy construction, high profile, and staged construction projects. Mike has undertaken and successfully completed some of the largest construction projects in Wisconsin for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, including the $390M Marquette Interchange.

Roger serves as Lunda's Vice President of Estimating, overseeing all estimating efforts for Lunda's alternative delivery projects along with our conventional design-bid-build efforts. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction estimating, engineering, managing and scheduling of civil projects including bridges, roadways, and underground infrastructure. He specializes in project controls, including project scheduling, contract management, project support and closeout. Building on this robust portfolio of projects and responsibilities, Roger takes pride in the open and transparent processes he has developed between owners and partners to facilitate unrestricted dialogue regarding project approach and cost determination.

Tracey Jackson is Lunda's EEO Officer. She has been a leader in developing and advocating for women, minority, small, disabled, and veteran-owned businesses and individuals for workforce development for over 15 years.
Prior to joining Lunda, Tracey served as the Outreach Coordinator with a State Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights, promoting, recruiting, and developing women and people of color for highway heavy work. She led small business programs at the Office of Equal Opportunity at a regional policy-making body and planning agency for the Twin Cities metropolitan region for 12 years, with a focus on small business certification, contract compliance, outreach and business development that includes connecting small businesses with contracting opportunities and mentoring programs.
