Crystal is an experienced accountant with a diverse background. She got her start in the automotive industry, where she worked her way up from an administrative role to accounting manager. After fifteen years, she moved on to open her own business during the pandemic, Charmed Rose Creations. Here she learned the ins and outs of running a small business, as she created and sold her own lovely crafts with a physical storefront in Lansdale, PA. Both of these fostered her natural skill of listening with compassion towards others' needs.
Originally from Northeast Philly, Crystal has absolutely no idea how she wound up choosing to attend Southern New Hampshire University. There, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She joined the Ludwig team in October 2023, where she quickly stepped up and took on a very large project which four other team members were trying to handle.
Now residing in Lansdale, PA, Crystal is a wife, mother to two daughters, and furmom to two furbabies. She is an avid crafter, and has volunteered with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention-including completing an eight-hour, eighteen-mile overnight walk through New York City to raise awareness for this important cause.
Debbie joined Ludwig Business Consultants in September, 2022. She resides in Hatfield, PA. She adores her 5 children, their 5 spouses, and her 5 grandchildren-she says as an accountant, she has to keep everything even.

Lanette is an experienced, detail-oriented accountant who brings over 40 years' experience and a QuickBooks certification to her position as a Controller at LBC. She is an expert in transactional accounting, multitasking, and prioritizing to ensure deadlines are met, and has a passion for making the client the center of the solution. Her previous experience in the hospitality industry plays a large role in her understanding of the needs of each individual client.
A Nebraska native, Lanette moved to the Philadelphia area to further her studies and currently resides in Harleysville with her husband and son. In her free time, Lanette volunteers at her church in the AWANA group and with Vacation Bible School with 3- to 6-year-old children. She is an avid painter of rocks, patio tiles and picnic tables; she also enjoys gardening and needlepoint.
Lanette joined our team in 2015 and has devoted her time to serving our clients since.
Marcia is an accomplished accounting professional with over 30 years' experience in the accounting field. She has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry where she held a variety of financial positions. Most recently, she was a Senior Accountant with CraftBilt Manufacturing Co. where she was responsible for the entire accounting department. She is proficient in Excel with expertise in creating pivot tables with advanced formulas. She is passionate about her work, highly focused, and always strives to deliver excellence to our clients.
Marcia joined our team in February 2021 with an admirable background, knowledge base, and intelligence; in fact, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gwynedd Mercy College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
Marcia currently resides in Telford PA. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her friends, family and new granddaughter. She also is very active in her church, performing with the handbell group and serving on the church council-as she puts it, she's basically just enjoying life.
Phyllis founded Ludwig Business Consultants to fulfill a lifelong, entrepreneurial dream to inspire confidence in others to achieve their highest potential. Beginning with her first business client on March 1, 2002, Phyllis has grown the firm into a full-service, cutting-edge outsourced accounting practice serving multi-million-dollar corporations across the country.
Phyllis is a graduate of The Catholic University of America where she earned degrees in Accounting and Economics. She received her Executive MBA from the Temple University Fox School of Business where she was awarded the Dean's Certificate of Excellence. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is CAS certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
With a 30-year history of strengthening and improving the results of organizations as a Senior Financial Manager and backed by her foundational experience as an auditor with Arthur Andersen in Washington, D.C., Phyllis continues to effectively lead, develop, and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed clients' needs. She is an expert in implementing internal financial management reporting systems and is experienced with external bank, government, tax, and audit relationships. Her personal touch with each firm inspires confidence among LBC's clientele and staff. Leading by example, she strives for excellence in the firm's outsourced accounting services and is proud to be a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBENC).
Phyllis is active in her community, serving on several boards and advisory councils for civic organizations and her church. She is both a participant and a supporter of the arts. She resides in Maple Glen PA with her husband Ray. They enjoy frequent visits to the beach and spending time with their two adult children.
Velma is an accomplished financial professional with over a decade of experience in accounting services. She brings a passion, an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and transactional accounting, a comprehensive understanding of taxation, and a wonderful warm personality to our clients to ensure their success. She has the highest level of integrity of financial operations and her dedication to her role is unwavering.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Velma received her undergraduate degree from the University of Puerto Rico and earned her MBA with a major in Finance from the Temple University Fox School of Business. She is a licensed CPA in both Pennsylvania and Puerto Rico, with certifications in the Bloomberg Market Concepts, FactSet Knowledge Base and HBS Spreadsheet Modeling. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
LBC was fortunate to bring such a well-versed professional on board in June 2021. Among other noted accomplishments, Velma was recently responsible for the accounting and related financial activities for a national company, providing accounting oversight for three companies with clients across 36 states. She is currently residing in Furlong PA with her family. When not at work, she enjoys kayaking on the lake and reading.
