M-Ploy is registered with the Department of Labour as a private employment office and as members of APSO, abide by their strict Code of Ethics, which incorporate the Labour Relations and allied Acts... M-Ploy Personnel has been a sole proprietor business for 25 years and has recently become a Closed Corporation (CC). According to current legislation our company automatically falls within the scope of BEE Compliance. We do not envisage having the capacity for further BE in terms of broader business partnerships at this stage. This will come as our business expands with the support of our clients... M-Ploy has a strong community support policy. We help support the HA MA MOHAU (House of Compassion) HIV Centre, assisting with fund raising activities. We also donate regularly to Boys Town, St. Anthony's Orphanage, African Feeding Scheme and St. Martin's Centre for the Poor and Underprivileged.
