In cooperation with Gerben Busch we started the concept GAIN Booster: a hands-on approach with which we help companies make concrete choices in their digital transformation. The model we use focuses on where business, customers and technology meet. For example, we work towards improving the customer experience, optimizing the operating model, data integration and harmonization and developing actionable insights.
