Katie Davenport:Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Katie grew up in the medical industry. She spent 10 years at Community Care starting while in high school. She worked her way up into Administration where she learned every aspect of that business. After starting her family and adjusting to motherhood, Katie purchased her first billing company in 2006. She has been deeply involved in medical billing/coding ever since. She is passionate about finding ways to increase revenue for offices and providers.
There has never been a single provider she hasn't been

Laurie Padjen has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She worked for Delta Dental in the Provider Relations department. She was the primary contact for the Utah Medicaid providers and acted as a liaison between the provider and Delta Dental Insurance.
Prior to working at Delta Dental, Laurie was one of the top account executives for EMI Health where she developed broker relationships, negotiated with underwriters, and worked with administrators of many groups to define their benefits and account management.

Nicole has over 15 years of carrier experience with more than 7 years of broker experience. Prior to starting her own agency, Nicole was a broker at one of the largest agencies/PEO's in Utah. Prior to becoming a broker, Nicole was the Director of Sales for Opticare of Utah. She helped Opticare to expand into other states, created new partnerships, and spear-headed system expansions, growing Opticare over 4 ½ years from 319 groups to well over 600.
