LST was founded in October 2000 by Tom Loftus, a former FAA employee, to provide the government a trusted partner for affordable and reliable telecom services... In 2003, LST received its 8(a) certification from the SBA and won its first Prime 8(a) contract shortly after. In the mid-2000s, we saw significant growth in personnel and capabilities with substantial awards for the FAA's Command and Control Communications (C3) program. We made critical investments to bolster our infrastructure, processes, and capabilities. We earned an ISO Quality Management certification and became part of the winning Enterprise Communications Support Services (ECSS) contract to support the FAA's communications programs.
