Dipal Patel is office manager at Macro Advisors, Inc. Her extensive background in customer service, technology, and tax services allows her to fully serve the complete needs of our clients. The commitment and dedication of assisting others are her strong suits. Highly motivated, married with two beautiful daughters, she has been a resident of York County for over 10 years.
Herman Dodson has been in the Financial Services industry for over 35 years. Among his many credentials, he is most proud of achieving the designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) through the American College.
He is a Penn State graduate and is very passionate about serving the needs of others. He has four superstar children, three grandchildren, and a wonderfully supportive wife, Diane. He lives in Hershey, PA. and maintains office in Hazleton.
He has been a member of Macro Advisors team since 2006.

Kara Mazur-Miller serves as a Partner of Professional Investors Life & Annuity, and joined the Macro Advisors team in 2024. With over 10 years of experience in financial services, she has been assisting clients of all walks of life reach their financial goals. She resides in Connecticut, and is very active in Medicare Advantage & Supplement plans as well as individual health insurance through Access Supplement CT. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She also loves to run and cook for others.

Mahir Desai is a Financial Consultant at Macro Advisors, Inc. He is a 2010 graduate of Penn State's Smeal College of Business and has been working in the financial services industry in various capacities since graduation. Mahir joined Macro Advisors in May 2019 and is excited about the opportunity to be in a role where he can help educate families and individuals on how to achieve their financial goals.
In addition to helping families with their financial planning needs, Mahir enjoys spending time with his wife, Mansi and daughter, Siya as well as playing tennis & golf, watching football & baseball and being around family and friends.
Mikesh Desai is a 2014 graduate of Penn State's Smeal College of Business and has been working at Macro Advisors since July, 2014. In addition to helping individuals and families with their financial planning needs, he also enjoys teaching tennis. In his spare time, he enjoys playing tennis, watching soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
Shannon Shupp has been providing families and business owners with assistance in building their financial wealth for more than 20 years. Her experience educating and motivating her clients toward their financial goals has lead to a "referral" based financial planning practice. Shannon is a Certified Financial Planner™ and her personal goal is to become a valuable lifetime resource for each and every client. She has a passion for cooking and enjoys any activity that involves her son, Russell.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Patricia, outdoor activities, and traveling abroad.
