Johanna is an experienced sales and marketing executive with hand-on experience with managing teams. Johanna adds tremendous value in business development as she can tap into her business network built over the years. Johanna plays a significant role in providing mentoring and guidance to the young ladies who are beneficiaries of The Mahogany Trust.

Taurai qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte Durban prior to working in a financial management position at Independent Newspapers, Kwazulu Natal. Taurai moved to Johannesburg in 1998 and worked for Ethos Private Equity as an investment specialist and later joined Women Investment Portfolio Holdings Ltd ("Wiphold") to set up and run their private equity division. She left Wiphold to join Mahogany. Taurai is an experienced investment professional who has extensive experience within the private equity field.

Tono is a Chartered Accountant who completed his articles with Deloitte Johannesburg in 2006 in the Financial Institutions Services Team gaining exposure to various financial institutions both in South Africa as well as in Chicago during a brief secondment in 2007. He acted as financial manager for Altivex, a copper production company, before joining Mahogany Private Equity in early 2008 as an associate in deal execution.
