Rick's managing role for the LLC, is that of an owner. He is typically the first person to meet the potential clients, and takes them through the process of design, costs, construction specs, contract, any and all site development, permitting, and project management. From start to finish, Rick is there to assist the contractors and the client throughout the entire process. With his knowledge and credentials, clients are in the trusted hands of a professional homebuilder and general contractor.
