Adam is a flexible development strategist who balances long-term vision with the ability to take advantage of unexpected short-term opportunities. Adam manages all aspects of development at Mavrek. His responsibilities include running point on prospective new projects, entitlement and zoning, due diligence, debt funding and equity raises, construction management, brokerage and sales. Adam brings an engaging and collaborative approach to Mavrek's development process. He ensures Mavrek proactively engages with all stakeholders and he safeguards building quality for the communities where Mavrek develops.
Before joining Mavrek, Adam led real estate development for Brand & Company- a value add developer in Chicago. At Brand & Company, Adam ensured the successful redevelopment & entitlement of mixed-use projects across the Chicago suburbs. Adam received his bachelor's degree from Syracuse University.
Alicia is a dynamic professional who plays a pivotal role within the rapidly expanding team at Mavrek Inc. Within Mavrek Inc., Alicia occupies a multifaceted role, serving as a linchpin within the organization. Her responsibilities span across diverse domains, showcasing her versatility and adaptability. From acting as a trusted C-Suite Executive Assistant to assuming the mantle of Marketing Director, Alicia adeptly navigates a broad spectrum of tasks with finesse and proficiency.
Alicia's dedication, strategic acumen, and keen attention to detail have been instrumental in driving Mavrek's success and facilitating its growth trajectory. As Mavrek continues to evolve and expand its operations, Alicia remains at the forefront, embodying the company's ethos of innovation, excellence, and commitment to delivering unparalleled results.
When left to her own devices, Alicia can often be found reading a book or spending time with her dogs.

Andrew manages Mavrek's internal finances & investment due diligence. He collaborates with the partners on site identification strategies, investment assumptions and project budgeting, aiming to mitigate risks & highlight opportunity.
Prior to joining Mavrek, Andrew managed Walgreens' Real Estate financial reporting and worked in Walsh Construction's corporate finance office. He has a passion for real estate development and identifying value-add opportunities. Andrew graduated from Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in 2014.
Anthony is a creative and collaborative investor and developer. He believes success in development comes from well-structured teams and strong partnerships. Anthony manages all aspects of Mavrek's development process, from sourcing and closing new acquisitions and developments through disposition. Additionally, Anthony focuses on expanding the firm's capital and institutional relationships. Anthony works diligently to guide the company's successful growth.
Prior to joining Mavrek, Anthony spent seven years at Sterling Bay where he led the execution of over $1 billion worth of the ground up development in Chicago, Miami, Atlanta and San Diego. Noteworthy developments included McDonald's Global Headquarters in Chicago and Sterling Bay's first out of market development, 545 Wynwood, in Miami. Anthony worked closely with Sterling Bay's capital partners to plan and entitle over 3.5 million square feet of office, residential and hotel developments, including more than 600 residential units and 480 hotel keys across the U.S. Anthony started his career at Solomon Cordwell Buenz designing large scale multi-family developments. Anthony received his BS and Masters in Architecture from University of Michigan and his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
Liz's experience in the real estate development industry in Chicago focuses on budget and cost management processes. She works seamlessly as part of the team, supporting design, construction and project management teammates and delivering cost information to a variety of stakeholders and partners. Liz has worked on projects ranging from $5M to $500M in all phases of development, including due diligence and acquisition, design and predevelopment, construction and tenant buildout.
Prior to Mavrek, Liz worked at Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners and Sterling Bay, focusing on project controls. She graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Patrick works alongside the Finance, Development, and Construction teams underwriting projects, validating assumptions, managing budgets, tracking project lifecycles, and optimizing asset management and property operations. His responsibilities remain dynamic and flexible as our organization grows and expands.
Prior to joining Mavrek, Patrick worked on the Acquisitions Team at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, where he was responsible for the sourcing, financial modeling, underwriting, due diligence, and closing/legal processes of prospective value-add, core, and core-plus multifamily acquisitions across the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. Throughout his tenure, he worked on 7 deal closings, totaling over $380M in volume, and has personal underwriting exposure of over 200 transactions in excess of $12 billion. Prior to Coastal Ridge, he worked as a Summer Analyst with KeyBank's Institutional Real Estate Capital Team. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Minor Certificate in History from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio)
Peter started Mavrek with the goal of transforming Chicago's residential landscape. Peter's keen focus on construction planning & design ensures each project's successful execution. Peter has wide-ranging experience across Chicago's residential landscape. While at Mavrek, Peter has built over 25 single family homes, 45 condominium units, 700 rental units and 25 commercial spaces collectively totaling over 900 thousand square feet. His careful selection of innovative construction materials protects design quality. Peter tirelessly manages the project lifecycle. His acute knowledge of project scheduling, long-term relationships with subcontractors and engaging management results in superior builds for Mavrek's investors.
Prior to starting Mavrek, Peter worked as a project manager for Impressionist Homes and as superintendent at Pulte Homes in Chicago. Peter earned his Bachelor's degree from John Carroll University.
Tom began his career working for a large general contractor, specializing in hospital construction in the Chicagoland area. Tom comes to Mavrek as a project manager focusing on schedule management, onsite coordination, budgeting and estimating.
Tom graduated from Indiana University, and in his free time can be found watching Indiana basketball or enjoying the great outdoors.
