MaiCon was derived from two words: Maintenance and Construction. Our primary customer base is commercial properties. However, we have the capabilities of doing residential as well. We are a small company with a large range of expertise.We are based in Longmont Colorado and are expanding our boundaries to include the area west to Estes Park, north to Ft. Collins, south and east to include the Denver metro area... We pride ourselves as being a "one-stop shop" by providing a varied and sundry menu of maintenance and construction trades, skills, and disciplines. Our services include building shell maintenance, remodel, and repair for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
