In 2016, Sinead and Stephen Heffernan of Thunders Home Bakery took over the reins. Mardi is a family-run business that continues to thrive and grow, supplying the trade with delicious-tasting cakes, pastries, and desserts... Mardi soon flourished and became well known for its tasty handcrafted range of desserts. We moved to our current home in Deansgrange, Co. Dublin where we continue to operate today... Our lovely customers range from independent café, hospitals, hotels, catering companies, and corporate clients. So, whether it's the most important coffee and slice of cake (let's be honest one of life's simple pleasures) or you're marking an occasion for someone special or celebrating an office achievement.
