Joseph Magaddino has merged his Old World European beginnings with his Modern Day American upbringing to form a personal and professional philosophy that generates designs that respects our needs as individuals, strengthens our bond to family and community and recognizes our interdependence with the world around us. His personal attention from, pre-design to project development to the project end, keeps the project team focused on the goals of the client and the construction budget. This attentiveness to the project has generated grateful praise from many of his past clients. His intuitive design process generates creative solutions to residential, commercial or site development projects regardless of their size or unique challenge they may present. He is committed to the concept of sustainable design; wherever possible he implements thoughtful land use planning, develops energy efficient facilities and incorporates environmentally friendly building material and methods. Joseph guides his clients smoothly through the building process by his understanding of local sites and climate, material availability, construction techniques and the qualification of local builders. Residential designs by Joseph Magaddino range from efficiency single and multi-family housing to high-end condominium developments and unique custom homes. Commercial work spans from village retail spaces to thirty thousand square foot office buildings and includes banks, schools, art galleries and government administrative offices. Magaddino Architecture designs can be found in Texas, Wyoming, Washington, Idaho, California and across Montana. His Rustic Elegance and Homestead homes, featured in our portfolio, have won awards in past Parade of Homes Tours. Other residences, featured in the portfolio, have been featured in "Timber Home Living", "Luxury Log Home and Timber Frame" magazines. The Homestead has also been featured in the photo book publication, "The Montana Cabin". Joseph Magaddino is a member of both the national and state chapters of the U.S. Green Council. He is an accredited LEED professional, As member of the Flathead Home Builder's Association he has served on it's board of directors and has chaired or served on it's Community Service, Builders Showcase and Parade of Homes Committees. He is a proud member of the Bigfork Area Chamber of Commerce.
