Beth Reynolds has become a leader in pushing the boundaries of sales and marketing. Her specialty is nontraditional revenue (NTR). She works closely with major television syndication companies (MGM, Sony, Disney/ABC) on national broadcast, cable and digital distribution and sales, including barter ad sales, sponsorship integration and marketing. Beth developed a new syndication sales model with NASCAR that generated more than $9 million in NTR for MagicDust's popular weekend television series NASCAR Angels. Beth pioneered new business models in the Phoenix market while working for Owens Broadcasting, a company that was owned by country music legend Buck Owens. She developed projects and special events that integrated radio and magazine assets into a new way of doing business. Beth then moved to KTVK/KASW and established a division dedicated to NTR, generating millions of dollars combining radio, magazine, internet, Spanish-language media and a special events.

As the founder of MagicDust Television, Bill Miller personifies the blend of content creation and business innovation that has become the company's calling card. Bill forged a content/business relationship with NASCAR that led to the television series NASCAR Angels and brought together a first-of-its kind partnership with a trio of broadcast groups to create the nationally-syndicated RightThisMinute. He started his career as a documentary producer and rose to become president and general manager of KTVK and KASW in Phoenix. A pioneer in multimedia platforms, he led that company's expansion into radio, publishing and digital businesses, shepherding KTVK through its transition from network affiliate to successful independent. Bill has served on the ABC Affiliates Board, the Board of Directors of Northern Trust Bank, is past chair of the endowment board of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Arizona State University, is a past chair of the boards of the Barrow Neurological Foundation and of St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix. He is a member of the NATAS Gold Circle honoring his lifetime career in media.
David is one of those guys who has done just about everything in creative media. He's been a director, producer editor, photographer, artist, animator, designer and developer. David is responsible for much of the digital technology used every day on RightThisMinute. He's also the designer of RightThisMinute.com and the RTM apps for phones, tablets and TVs. David's collaborative work won PROMAX's award for the best major-market, local TV promotional spot or campaign in the world more than a half dozen times. The BDA honored David with its International Gold Award for art direction. He spends much of his spare time operating a commercial music business, where he writes and produces jingles and theme songs for TV and Radio. He's also a singer/songwriter who loves to connect across social all media platforms.

- Executive Producer of RightThisMinute
An Emmy and Peabody award-winning producer and news manager, Dennis O'Neill is an executive producer of RightThisMinute. He manages the staff that produces 624 original half-hour episodes a year-more than any show in national television syndication. By developing new systems, Dennis created an innovative model to shorten production times, improve productivity and redefine the making of an unscripted daily show . He began his career in local news in Phoenix (KOOL/KSAZ) where he produced newscasts, investigative series, documentaries and special projects, including a groundbreaking series of satellite remote newscasts, Celebrate Arizona. Later at KTVK, he helped to build the then fourth-rated ABC affiliate into the most-watched news organization in Arizona. A creator of MagicDust's first series, NASCAR Angels, Dennis also served as that show's executive producer.
Jack Sander brings to MagicDust a lifetime of media experience and leadership. With RightThisMinute, Jack helped develop a new business model for syndicated TV-a show created by broadcasters for broadcasters. Jack has served as vice chairman of Belo Corp, joint board chairman of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), chairman of the Television Association of Broadcasters (TVB) and chairman of the BMI board of directors. He has led television stations in New Orleans, Toledo, Phoenix and Atlanta and while president of the Television Division of Taft Broadcasting was responsible for the group's 12 TV stations. Following Belo's sale to Gannett in 2013, Jack became a station owner of former Belo stations Phoenix, St. Louis, Portland, Louisville and Tucson. In 2009, he was inducted into the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame.

Phil Alvidrez is general manager of MagicDust Television and executive in charge of production for RightThisMinute. He oversees the work of syndicators, recruits talent and manages contracts and business relationships with the company's partners and clients. A journalist at heart, Phil ran the newsroom at KTVK in Phoenix from 1986 through 2003. When ABC moved its affiliation from KTVK in 1994, Phil was a leader in the group that built the most successful independent station in America. A creative approach to news would become the backbone of KTVK's survival and growth. That innovation continues at MagicDust with the creation of the first two nationally-syndicated television shows ever produced in Phoenix, NASCAR Angels (2006-2010) and RightThisMinute (2011-present). Phil is a member of the alumni Hall of Fame at the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University.
