Kathy has been a member of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys since attending Loyola Law School She has been the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter President and Served on the National Board for 5 years, one of those as President. She is a member of the Lawyer's Club of San Francisco Inns of Court where she has served on the board for nineteen years, one as President. Kathy has been involved as a volunteer and advocate for the AIDS Legal Referral Panel of San Francisco since 1995 and was awarded Attorney of the Year by the organization.
