With over 7 years of experience in Graphic Design, Anna has worked in a variety of marketing and advertising companies. She specializes in print such as billboards, flyers, brochures, booklets, rollups, and social media. She is dedicated, thorough, and efficient, with an exceptional ability to translate client visions into stunning visuals.
As a native of Hungary, Anna loves to read Hungarian books in her free time. She also likes to care for her indoor plants and explore New England by hiking when the weather allows it.
For over 25 years, Barrie has helped create and reposition brands across a variety of industries. With extensive experience working with New Hampshire based businesses, she has extensive knowledge of its unique regions and communities. Creating the right shockwaves at the right time and getting them to the right superheroes to make the biggest impact possible! Barrie spends one month a year living in someone else's life (Home Exchange), has a double life as the manager of a backyard ice rink and had 15 minutes of fame on Good Morning America (while on a press tour with a client).
Beth has an extensive writing background, beginning in journalism then on to corporate communications and inbound marketing. She loves learning new things and has a unique ability to get up to speed on complex topics quickly. As a content strategist, Beth strives to develop content that speaks directly to the needs and concerns of target audiences.
Carrie leads our team while overseeing, managing, planning, and participating in the execution of each project. Her experience over the past 20 years has increased her ability to adapt but also guide short- and long-term projects for a variety of large and small clients.
Carrie derives her power from the amazing team she manages. On a day to day basis she is actively working to help our community and our environment and always ready to take on any challenge that comes our way.
In the past two years, Carrie has traveled the country twice and lives off the grid in her recently constructed home in York, Maine.
When she's not managing this superhero cast of characters you can find her at the beach with her dog Lily, biking the trails, rollerblading, or painting rocks in her spare time. =)
Claudia joined MAYO Designs in 2013 with already 5 years of design experience. She creates jaw-dropping designs based on our client's vision. Claudia has the incredible ability to seamlessly turn a few ideas into a beautiful and complete design. Her graphics, encompassing specific details and targeted audiences, stand out with a wow factor.
Claudia uses her creativity and the power she gets from her team to create design pieces that are focused on helping people become passionate about the environment and sustainability.
Claudia is passionate with everything that she needs to design, from creating a impactful brochure to decorating spaces and even art crafts. She is an animal lover planning to live on a farm in the near future. An incredibly loving person that cares a lot about everyone close to her.

Jacqui joined the team in 2016. She works with the power and expertise of her team to develop and execute on data driven, strategic marketing campaigns for her clients. She's passionate about serving the greater good, and ensuring a clients branding and marketing efforts are in sync, representing the company's impact appropriately and consistently. Jacqui's love for the seacoast has kept her in NH (basically) her entire life. No matter the season, you can find her visiting a local beach. She enjoys photography and travel as a way to explore and take in the beauty of our earth. She also has a passion for sustainability and is dedicated to doing her part in minimizing her accumulation of waste.
Karen is the master of stealth. Working behind the scenes in support of all Superheroes. Has the mental conditioning to adapt the customers wants and needs.
Karen is everywhere, doing many endeavors. She can be seen one day being the best Nana and the next making soap or sea salt or toiling in the garden. Just remember…The Shadow Knows!!

Randy has a diverse combination of academic and professional experience that has allowed himself to develop a broad yet thorough knowledge base encompassing a wide range of skills including website design, IT, programming, business processes, logistics, distribution, quality management, biomedical science, and health care systems.
Sophie joined MAYO Designs in 2021 after her two years of Marketing Coordinator experience. She assists with content creation, event management, design visions, and project management. She is passionate about event coordinating, creating social content, and working collaboratively with her team members.
Resilient, energetic, and immune to her surroundings, Sophie is flexible and organized within her environment. She is a powerful force whether it be content creation, event coordination, or project management. She has the ability to weather the storm given any environment. Sophie is motivated by her hard-working team members and will take on any task to lend them a hand.
Sophie spends her free time snuggling with her pup, Enya, and being outdoors. She enjoys walking in the trails behind her house, hiking, playing soccer, and finding new adventures in the Seacoast area. She also enjoys discovering new breweries in New Hampshire to grab some good food and drinks with her family and friends.
Tai is a social media strategist with a long background in marketing, branding and social media. He loves coming up with creative ways to engage people on social media and help small business owners effectively use digital marketing to grow their community, increase brand awareness, and be part of the social conversation. He has also been doing freelance writing in the entertainment industry for the past 10+ years and loves to cover pop culture. He lives in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, and enjoys nature hikes and binge watching shows on streaming channels.

Taylor has been a part of the team since 2015. She is dedicated to bringing a systematic approach to all her projects including our internal operations. While working alongside our client's leadership team to fulfill their visions, she manages all project objectives and keeps the end goals in view. Taylor is accountable, organized, and meets high expectations.
She is focused on organizing her objectives and creating a plan to make them happen. Through her caring and outgoing personality she will not hesitate to speak up and take action if it's for the greater good.
Drawing motivation from her client's vision, she arms herself with knowledge on how to best face battle. Whether it's an outdated website, messaging, brand, or marketing plan, she collaborates with the MAYO team to identify the best, most appropriate, path forward. With a curious and optimistic mind, she stays in the know with the latest marketing tactics to keep her clients on track.
She finds joy out of helping others, spending time with friends and family, staying active, and soaking up the sunshine whenever possible.
