Andy Kerr is a Principal of McFadden Sales, managing the Operations and Business Development aspects of the business.
Andy graduated from Otterbein University with degrees in Finance Management and Theology. He has played music for over 25 years and is passionate about A/V Technology and IT infrastructure. Andy joined McFadden Sales in 2010.

Andy Yost is a Principal of McFadden Sales, managing the Sales and Marketing aspects of the business.
Before joining the company, he graduated with a BS in Recording Industry: Production and Technology from Middle Tennessee State University with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
Andy has a passion for studio recording and live performance, which was furthered by a stint a Warner-Chappell Music in Nashville before joining Mcfadden Sales in 2007.
Bob Lichty is a Territory Manager for McFadden Sales, overseeing Michigan and Indiana for both the Integrated Systems and Production verticals.
Bob is also a lifelong musician and has spent significant time both in in the industry. He has many years of experience managing territories for some of the industry's top brands.
He excels at driving customers to exceed their goals through meaningful business relationships.

Carrie Dunaway is the Senior Sales Administrator, managing the ins-and-outs of McFadden's daily administrative processes.
Carrie has been with McFadden for 18 years, and has a master's degree in Business Management. Carrie has won awards for her customer service expertise.
She is a member of Women in Audio, an interest group that recognizes the contributions made by women in the industry, and Smart Women in Music, a NAMM Foundation organization.
Dave McKinney is a Territory Manager for McFadden Sales, focusing on the Integrated Systems Vertical in portions of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
Dave's background in telecommunications, digital signage and communication software sales brings a valuable knowledgebase and expertise to our team. Additionally, Dave has extensive experience with account and relationship management, and lead generation.

Jon Sisson is McFadden Sales' Pro-User Market Development Specialist.
Jon brings almost 20 years of audio production experience to our group. Prior to joining McFadden Sales, Jon worked as an A1 and Production Manager for a major event production company in central Ohio. In addition to driving end-user engagement by way of product demonstrations and technical support, Jon leads our strategy and approach in regards to the Audio Production vertical and is the lead for McFadden's Distribution Channel strategy.
Jon loves being a father and can't wait to teach everything he knows about music to his little girl. He is also a craft beer enthusiast and enjoys playing drums and singing.

Lee is the Sales Development Specialist for Key Accounts at McFadden Sales.
Joining McFadden Sales after a successful career as a Sweetwater Sales Engineer, Lee brings with him institutional knowledge of the Sweetwater processes alongside a wealth of experience in customer service, training, and education.
Managing the Sweetwater relationship with McFadden brings together Lee's passions for music and human connection. Lee has a B.S. in Music Production and a M.S. in Business.
He regularly writes, performs, and produces his own music.
Ryan Schmidt is a Territory Manager for McFadden Sales, covering much of Ohio and Western, PA.
Ryan has a degree from Full Sail University where he studied Audio Engineering and Entertainment Business. With a foundation of being an extraordinary musician and studio recordist, Ryan cultivated his skills in account management and customer relationship development during a six-year stint as a Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
In addition to his territory management duties, Ryan manages many systems and processes out of McFadden HQ as part of a Sales Enablement role.
Sam Dowty is a Territory Manager for McFadden Sales, overseeing the western part of our territory for both the Retail Vertical as well as some Integrated Systems and Production customer.
Sam is also a musician and has experience in retail, rental and staging, as well as systems integration. He also has a good deal of studio experience.
As an Integrated Systems Specialist, Tony Barbuto leads the Market Development Strategy for McFadden Sales.
Tony's journey in the A/V Industry began at Ohio University where he studied Audio Production and was very active with the music department and several performance ensembles. Tony has worked in A/V System Integration for 18 years.
In addition to his McFadden duties, Tony owns Tonal Fidelity, a boutique recording service specializing in on-location recording of classical music performance. He also sits on the board of directors for several fine arts organizations. From his diverse skillset and expertise, Tony leads our charge of driving end-user and consultant engagement by way of product demonstrations, technical support, and system commissioning.
