The Medical Center Foundation of Hartford was formed in 1977 by a prestigious group of community leaders, known as the Hospitallers. Today, foundation members continue to dedicate their time, talents and treasures to serve their neighbors. Charitable giving from community members helps support our Adult Day Services, Personal Emergency Response, Medical Transportation, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner education, and our Fitness Program... Today we continue to commit to our values and build on successes as we provide services and programs that contribute to the health and vitality of the community. Our purpose is to encourage and educate members of our community that working together, we impact lives. We do this by raising funds for new and existing programs and needed services which benefit the communities we serve.
