Al Sorrels - SVP

Al Sorrels joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Vice President with responsibility for identifying and pursuing land acquisitions, and development opportunities in the Texas marketplace as well as over seeing a portfolio of over 5 million square feet. Al has worked in the Dallas industrial market for more than 30 years, including affiliations with Panattoni/Hillwood Development and Trammell Crow Company. During that time, he has been instrumental in the development and leasing of more than 15 million square feet of property. Al serves on the NAIOP National Board of Directors, the Board for NAIOP North Texas, as well as the Advisory Board for Folsom Real Estate Institute and The Dallas Real Estate Club and holds affiliations with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and The Real Estate Council, and serves on the Board for The YMCA. A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.

Amber Berrios

Amber Berrios joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2018 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Amber is responsible for the planning and management of the company's debt structure, including long and short-term debt, as well as monitoring the markets for opportunities to minimize interest rate risk. Prior to joining Majestic, she served as a Vice President with JPMorgan's Real Estate Banking group, where she underwrote and managed a portfolio that included some of the largest real estate companies and fund managers on the West Coast. Ms. Berrios earned a Masters of Planning with an emphasis on Economic Development and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California, as well as a Minor in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business. A member of USC's Latino Alumni Association, she currently serves as Board Vice President of the Young Professionals Catholic Association of Latino Leaders.

Anthony Raso

Anthony Raso joined Commerce Construction in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President and District Manager for the Northeast Region office in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. His position requires working with brokers and design professionals to select, entitle, and develop property. He oversees all day to day operations which include pre-construction, project management, park management and scheduling. He takes great pride in the achievements and success of the staff of dedicated project managers, superintendents and office administrators he works with. Anthony comes to Commerce with over thirty years of experience in estimating and managing of commercial, industrial and design-build projects. His career started in the public works sector of New York as an estimator and project manager. Recently he was a Senior Project Manager for highly respected regional general contractor. Anthony has overseen the building of multifamily residential, educational institutions, hotels, auto dealerships, and well over two million square feet of distribution centers in the Northeast. Anthony earned a Bachelor's degree in management from Moravian University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and holds an OSHA 30 certification. He proudly gives back to his community by coaching youth football for nearly thirty years.

Barry McCabe joined Majestic Realty in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel for Development. His responsibilities include contractual and legal oversight of the implementation and development of existing and future industrial and commercial projects. Prior to joining Majestic Realty Co., Barry was a partner and chair of the construction industry practices group of a national law firm. A graduate of New Mexico State University with a BA in Economics, Barry also attended London School of Economics and obtained a General Course diploma in economics. He earned his juris doctor degree with distinction from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

Brandon Kline

Brandon Kline joined Majestic Realty in 2021 and currently serves as a Development Associate on the development team. In his role, Brandon supports the development team in identifying and processing industrial and multifamily development opportunities. He worked with investors and developers focusing on transaction support, valuation, diligence, and other real estate related financial reporting services. Brett A. Tremaine has been partners with Majestic Realty Co. since 2004 and currently serves as Senior Vice President with responsibilities including Acquisitions & Development. Brett's role includes management and oversight for new and existing development and acquisition projects with a focus on major industrial markets throughout the Western United States. In his previous position with Majestic as Vice President of the National Development Group, Brett was responsible for the entitlement and development of industrial projects and land acquisitions throughout the United States. In addition, Brett has held numerous positions within the industry including managing partner for the private acquisition and investment company BlackRidge Real Estate Group, managing partner with Panattoni Development Company as well as executive positions with national brokerage companies. Brett earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif.

Brian Masterman - SVP

Brian is Senior Vice President and a development partner responsible for the acquisition and development of master-planned industrial and mixed-use business parks, commercial projects and public-private partnerships with governmental entities. Brian brings over 30 years of experience leading complex development entitlement and permitting tasks, directing infrastructure design and construction teams, and managing the restructuring of defaulted public debt. He successfully obtained development approval for nearly 10,000 single- and multi-family dwelling units and nearly 700 acres of industrial and commercial projects. Prior to joining Majestic, Brian spent five years as a partner with Kayne Anderson Municipal Opportunity Funds and 13 years as president of S&Y Capital Group (a subsidiary of Stone & Youngberg, a west-coast public-finance investment bank, now part of Stifel Financial Corp (NYSE: SF). Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a Master of Business Administration (real estate finance) from the University of Southern California. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a California real estate broker.

Before LPC Cameron managed and developed office and mixed-use projects domestically and internationally in design-build roles. Christopher P. (Chris) Sandelli joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Craig Cavileer joined Majestic in 1993 and currently serves as Executive Vice President at Majestic, CEO of the Silverton Casino Hotel in Las Vegas and managing partner of the Stockyards Heritage Development Co., the master developer and operator of the Fort Worth Stockyards, Hotel Drover, Stockyards Hotel and Cowtown Coliseum and senior partner for the Majestic Fort Worth office. With more than three decades of multidisciplinary experience, Craig delivers a rare depth and breadth of work in high profile, highly successful mixed-use and hospitality developments. Over the course of his career, he has directed the more than $900 million in developments including lifestyle shopping centers, restaurants, hotels, entertainment projects and casinos. Most recently, Craig led the $200m multi-phase revitalization of the Fort Worth Stockyards including the adaptive reuse of Mule Alley and development of the award winning Hotel Drover, a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel that opened in 2021. The recent acquisition of the Stockyards Hotel and H3 restaurant is next up for remodel and repositioning. A 4th generation Texan with a bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas State University, Craig is also an active community leader serving as Nevada Ballet Theatre Treasurer, UNLV Foundation Trustee, board member of the Nellis AFB Support Team, U.S. Air Force Honorary Commander serving the 820th Red Horse Squadron, and board member of the Nevada Resort Association. Dan Bell

Dan Bell, as Vice President and District Manager of the Dallas office of Commerce is responsible for construction operations and performance of design and construction activities for the Company's projects in Texas and Arizona. Dan came to Commerce in March of 2016 as a project manager. Previously Dan was superintendent for a nationally-recognized, integrated real estate development and management company with operations throughout the United States. Through his direction and leadership, Dennis implemented the management procedures to absorb the 50 million square feet of growth since his start in 1995. Fran Inman, Senior Vice President, has worked as part of the Majestic Realty team for more than two decades. In addition to overseeing the government relations work for the company, Fran also serves as the founding President of the Majestic Realty Foundation. Recognized as a national leader in the transportation sector for her work on the global supply chain, she serves as a member of the California Transportation Commission. Inman also serves on the highly acclaimed National Freight Advisory Committee that reports directly to the US Secretary of Transportation and on the California Freight Efficiency Task Force. In addition to her numerous awards and honors for her work in these areas, Fran was recently awarded Visionary Business Leader of the Year at the region's Mobility 21 summit. A civic and philanthropic leader, she serves and has served on a diverse range of business, economic development and transportation boards and organizations throughout the region. Ismael S. Acosta
