Bridget C. Shames

Bridget C. Shames is Vice President and Director of Marketing & Development for Glowacki Management. Mrs. Shames leads the efforts to successfully grow and develop customer relationships. She is also responsible for the marketing activities and the direction of the Glowacki Management Company. Prior to joining Glowacki Management Company, Mrs. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation as the Account Executive in York, Pennsylvania. She was responsible for the growth and customer retention for their top 200 accounts. Some of her customers included Johnson and Johnson, Dart Container and Cargill. She started with Cintas in 2002 as a Management Trainee. During her seven years with Cintas, she held a variety of positions to include Service Manager, Market Sales Manager and Account Executive. Mrs. Shames earned her BBA from Loyola College in Maryland. She was also a member of their Division I swimming team. Mrs. Shames, served on the Erie Catholic School System Board of Directors and was past Chair on the Board of Directors for Erie DAWN. Mrs. Shames is currently on the Board of Directors at Asbury Woods, a member of the Hamot Health Foundation Board of Corporators, a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson, member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR), member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and is an Assistant Coach for Cathedral Prep's Women's and Men's swim team.

Cassie M. Cambra

Cassie Cambra joined the Glowacki Management team in July 2019 as a customer service representative. Her job was to support clients by providing helpful information, answering questions, and inputting to maintenance requests. Ms. Cambra currently services as a property manager. She handles the day-to-day operations for the residential condominiums. She also handles condominium questionnaires and sending certificates of resale. An Erie native, Ms. Cambra attended Strong Vincent High School and Mercyhurst University where she obtained a degree in business management. Ms. Cambra is a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson.

Emily R. Long

Emily R. Long joined Glowacki Management in September 2018 as an accounting manager. She is responsible for the financial statements for condos, commercial, and some residential properties. Mrs. Long has over nine years experience in property management accounting. Prior to Glowacki Management, she was a property accountant for a global property management company in its Pittsburgh office, as well as senior and staff accountant for a property management company headquartered in Cincinnati. She has also worked in accounting for healthcare and retail industries. Mrs. Long is a native of Erie, graduating McDowell High School in 2005, Penn State University, the Behrend College in 2010 where she obtained bachelor's degrees in accounting and finance and an MBA in 2011.

Garrett S. Shames - Chief Legal Officer, COO

Garrett S. Shames is the Chief Operating Officer of Glowacki Management Company overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of Glowacki Management Company. Mr. Shames has extensive knowledge and a track record of success in both real estate and operations management. Prior to his career with Glowacki Management Company, Mr. Shames worked for Cintas Corporation in various management and sales capacities starting as a management trainee and ultimately serving as the facility service branch manager and general counsel of the York, Pennsylvania operation. Prior to joining Cintas Corporation, Mr. Shames served as a commercial real estate attorney for Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP. His areas of practice included commercial leasing, commercial real estate, land use & zoning, and landlord/tenant. He earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore Law School in 2007 and graduated with honors. Mr. Shames obtained his undergraduate degree from Towson University magna cum laude with a BS in business management. Mr. Shames currently serves on the board of directors for the Bayfront East Side Taskforce (BEST), a nonprofit organization whose vision is to improve the quality of life in the East Bayfront Neighborhood. He is also a member of the American Bar Association Real Property Section, Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, currently serves as Treasurer for the Our Lady of Peace School Athletic Board, Vice President of the Saint Mary's Home of Erie board and travel basketball coach for Erie Rams and Erie Irish. Mr. Shames is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker, Pennsylvania real estate salesperson and formerly served as President on the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR).

Jeffrey A. Smith

Jeffrey A. Smith joined Glowacki in May of 2018 as an accounting intern. After completing his internship, Mr. Smith was hired full time in January 2019 as an accountant. An Erie native, Mr. Smith graduated from North East High School in 2014 and Penn State Behrend in December 2018, where Mr. Smith obtained his bachelor's degree in accounting.

Jessica M. Ernst

Jessica M. Ernst joined Glowacki Management Company in August 2014 as front desk receptionist and gradually moved to property manager and recently became the administrative operations manager. Before joining our team, Ms. Ernst was the assistant group supervisor at Creative Learning Childcare for six years. Ms. Ernst also worked at Erie Insurance Group from 2011 to 2014, as a claims support specialist II. Ms. Ernst is an Erie native, graduating from Strong Vincent High school in 2007 and Mercyhurst College, the North East branch in May 2009, where she obtained an associate degree in liberal arts.

Mrs. Melisa "MAC" Casey is a native of Erie and a member of the Glowacki Management Company administrative team in leasing since October of 2019. She will be your go-to person for questions during your relocation process.

Melissa L. Ellis

Melissa Ellis is the Leasing Manager for Glowacki Management Company. Ms. Ellis has been servicing the Erie and surrounding areas with 14 years of expertise in the residential leasing industry. Her main focus has been to provide "top-notch" assistance to individuals searching for a home, whether long term or short term stays. Ms. Ellis has extensive knowledge of Erie and the surrounding areas which provides excellent resources in helping those relocate to the Erie area. Ms. Ellis works closely with tenants in all areas and aspects of their lease agreements. Ms. Ellis also assists in the commercial aspect of Glowacki Management Company from preparing lease documents and updating lease renewals. Being passionate and positive has always been Ms. Ellis's main focus in providing value added services to the Erie community. Ms. Ellis is also a licensed PA Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors (GEBOR) and also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Prior to Glowacki Management Company, Melissa worked eight years for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with her last role at the Governor's office located here in Erie, PA. Through the years she has held several positions including areas in the legal field, with which she obtained her Associates Degree in Paralegal studies. Being customer oriented for so many years, makes for an excellent valued skill in the position she currently holds. Ms. Ellis has been an Erie native all her life, graduating from McDowell High School class of 1988. Ms. Ellis is adventurous and loves the outdoors, she states "there's always something to do in ERIE, you just got to go out and do it!".

Robert E. Glowacki - President

Robert E. Glowacki has been actively engaged in the real estate profession since graduating from Fordham University, New York in 1973. Bob is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in PA and NY, and a Certified Pennsylvania Evaluator. Mr. Glowacki has extensive management experience with several professional office buildings, medically related facilities, and multi-family projects in addition to his commercial and industrial appraisal and brokerage businesses. Mr. Glowacki has always been involved in numerous civic and community organizations.

Ryan A. Stephenson

Ryan A. Stephenson joined Glowacki Management Company in February 2012 as their service manager. He is responsible for coordinating Glowacki's maintenance team on a daily basis to ensure prompt professional service to all of its clients. Mr. Stephenson is also responsible for coordinating special projects such as major repairs and facility upgrades. Mr. Stephenson is a lifelong Erie resident, graduating from Fairview High School in 2004. He graduated from California University of Pennsylvania in May 2008, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport Management. Prior to Glowacki Management, Mr. Stephenson spent four years working for the Erie SeaWolves and was director of stadium operations.

Ryan J. Poole

Ryan Poole joined the Glowacki Team in May 2023 as the Construction Manager for the newest division of Glowacki Management, Glowacki General Contracting. Mr. Poole estimates and bids on new jobs, manages on-site construction staff, building material deliveries and job site safety. Mr. Poole also manages scheduling, coordinating and oversees all vendors and subcontractors. Mr. Poole was born in Pittsburgh, PA. After high school and college he joined the carpenters union where he worked as a journeyman, foreman, and superintendent. He has over 20+ years of experience in the carpentry and contracting field.
