He provides broad expertise in the analysis and redesign of business management and reporting systems. He has extensive experience with clients operating in a wide range of industries including service, manufacturing & distribution, government agencies, mining and energy and rural industries.
Bruce has assisted many clients in the uses of the Internet for business and the application of web-based technologies to achieve improved integration of business processes with the Internet.
He helps businesses to make better use of proven technology with strategic reviews, systems redesign and managing implementation projects
Geoff brings experience in general management and performance measurement.
Geoff consults in non-financial performance indicators, project implementation and e-commence. He also mentors CEOs and Executives in their understanding and implementation of the Business Excellence Principles to discover major opportunities to improve their organisations. He has 8 years experience as an evaluator with Australian Business Excellence Awards. He has a special interest in small to medium businesses.
Until recently, Geoff was General Manager of Quality and Review with the NSW Police Service. Q & R Branch consisted of TQM Development, Internal Audit and Planning & Evaluation. His job was to be a major change advocate for the police service with an emphasis on: measuring success and implementation; evaluation of products and policies; ensuring policies were deployed as expected; quality assurance; ensuring Business Excellence Principles were used in product design and deployment. Geoff spent eight years in this role.
Geoff also spent ten years with Control Data Australia as mining analyst, geostatistical consultant, statistical consultant and finally as General Manager Consulting Services Australia.
