Annette Kase

Annette Kase joined McBride Corporate Real Estate in March of 2003. Ms. Kase worked for many years as an Executive Assistant before raising a family. Further, after a number of years out of the work force, she entered and completed, with honors, a Degree in Computer Networking. Since joining McBride she has combined her administrative and IT skills to enhance our office operations. Ms. Kase has a New Jersey State Salesperson's License which, among other things, can allow her to provide clients additional and more knowledgeable assistance in the event of a broker's absence.

David Yao - SVP

David Yao has been with McBride Corporate Real Estate since November 2001. As a Senior Vice President, his responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the commercial real estate business consulting, financial analysis, leasing, purchasing and selling of industrial and office space. During the five-year period ending December 31, 2010, David was involved in the sale or lease of over 1,500,000 square feet of industrial space with and aggregate transaction value of over $100,000,000. His clients include: Takasago USA, Hino Trucking, Opticon, Middle Atlantic Products, Charabot, Dereuninck USA, Euromed Inc., Icco Cheese, Parker Hannifin, Frist Industrial Realty, Sigma Nectics, Sava Industries, Key Properties, and Kolbus USA. Prior to joining McBride, Mr. Yao served for 2 years as Project Analyst (Consulting) for Insignia/ESG where he was involved in commercial real estate. Before devoting himself full-time to commercial real estate, Mr. Yao was a scientist with Wyeth-Ayerst Research (American Home Product Company) and Dupont Pharmaceutical. He earned a Ph.D. degree from City University of New York and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.

Doreen Linahan

Ms. Linahan has been with McBride Corporate Real Estate working in the Middletown, New York office since 1995. Her responsibilities as the NY Office Manager are varied and include working closely with the brokers and interacting with their clients. Prior to joining McBride, Ms. Linahan held the position of Administrative Assistant at Ameritas Bankers Assurance Corporation in Suffern, New York. Earlier in her career, she was a Slide Coordinator/Production Manager for Alliance Capital Management LP in New York where she designed and created slide show presentations. Ms. Linahan has a N.Y. State Salesperson's License which among other things allows her to provide clients additional and more knowledgeable assistance in a broker's absence.

John J. D'Amato - EVP

Mr. D'Amato has been a member of the McBride Corporate Real Estate team for 21 years and brings over 40 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. As Executive Vice President, he is responsible for transaction management, new business development and the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial properties in Northern and Central New Jersey and lower New York State. Mr. D'Amato represents a diverse client base and has concluded transactions with corporations including State Farm Insurance Company of Bloomington, Illinois, Manor Healthcare Corporation, HealthSouth Corporation, Konica Medical Corporation, Middle Atlantic Products, Raymour and Flannigan and Parker-Hannifin, Thermo Electric Corporation and Datascope Corporation. Mr. D'Amato began his career in commercial real estate in 1980 as a Sales Executive with the national brokerage, Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. D'Amato was an Account Executive with Xerox Corporation in their New York office in the financial district. Mr. D'Amato received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Maria Vega

Maria Vega joined McBride Corporate Real Estate in January of 2019 as an Accounting Manager, utilizing her 25 years of experience working in the Retail Industry. In this capacity, Ms. Vega, coordinates all accounts payable and receivables, disbursements to vendors, bank reconciliations and payroll for corporate employees and month end processes. In addition, Ms. Vega works with our Property Manager to help manage several properties, along with handling their monthly accounting needs.
