John Barrish is a skilled administrator with a proven expertise to create, manage, and grow a successful manufacturing company. John joined Maradyne Corporation in 1999 to oversee all product lines and employees. John received his Master's Degree in Business Administration, from Cleveland State University in Cleveland Ohio. He has been recognized at Maradyne Corporation for introducing and implementing lean manufacturing principles and practices to the company. John is striving to grow Maradyne both organically and through acquisition. Determined and focused on creating an enjoyable yet professional work environment to retain and recruit the industries top talent. John spends his time outside of work playing tennis, golfing, gardening, and cooking. John is also a big Cleveland Sports fan and enjoys watching ESPN. If you need sport updates John will most likely have it.

John Berger - President

John took on the role of President and Owner of Maradyne Corporation in 1996. Since then he has grown the company tremendously by acquiring new companies and their product lines and consolidating them into Maradyne's Cleveland, Ohio facility. John continues to focus on growing the company through acquisition and is always open to possible opportunities. He spends time traveling to meet with different companies and product owners to discuss their offer and determine if it is a good fit for Maradyne. John and his wife enjoy spending time with their 4 beautiful children. He is an avid runner, and is proud to have accomplished running the Boston Marathon 3 times.

Whitney Slaght, III

Whitney began his relationship with the business back in 1989, serving as it's outside CPA for several years before joining as the company's CFO. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including banking and financial reporting. He leads an Accounting team of 8 people to insure timely and accurate financial information is available to the organization to allow it to run effectively, efficiently and in a sound financial position. Dreison International is a private, family owned business and the parent company of Maradyne Corporation, DCM Manufacturing Inc. and Von Weise LLC. Whitney received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Saint Bonaventure University. When Whitney is not busy as the "chief bean counter", he enjoys relaxing with his family; an avid boater and sailor on Lake Erie during the summer and snow skiing in the winter.
