A licensed residential and commercial contractor in Arizona (ROC# 337223), Michael's practice focuses on sustainable design, materials, and methods. We can design and build a new home tailored personally to your family, your lives, and everything important to you. One that will suit you better than any home you may be looking at on the market today, and often for a similar price. For cost estimation purposes, presume $150 per square foot for simple construction, up to $250+ for luxury (plus land costs for the site you choose). Design and construction can take 6-12+ months each (typically running to the longer side lately due to supply chain issues and increased demand for construction services across the spectrum).
