Debbie is a third-generation family member and our leader for family office and family governance activities. Deb also provides HR expertise and support to the operating companies. Deb received her BS in Marketing and Human Resources from Boston College in 1981. As an active alumnus, Deb serves on the Council for Women at Boston College, and has in the past served on several Boston College Alumni Committees.

Ken is a third-generation family member committed to leveraging local market expertise and operational efficiency to deliver superior results. Ken has served as President of our beverage businesses since 1998. Ken received his BS in Economics from Boston College in 1983. Ken is an avid surfer, perpetually in search of the perfect wave.

Raymond Mancini, Sr. - Chairman

Raymond is a founding family member with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong foundation in family. Raymond built the early beverage distribution business side by side with his father, Antonio Mancini, and later diversified his model into other areas, including flooring distribution and real estate investment. Raymond exhibits a dedication to community, particularly related to education. Among other charitable commitments, he and his wife Ann have established a scholarship and a professorship at Boston College, as well as endowing the Mancini Family Foundation. Raymond has been a member on the boards of several non-profits, including Roger Williams Hospital and Boston College Law School. Raymond served in the United States Army, where he trained and mobilized for the Cuban Missile Crisis and the Fall of the Berlin Wall. He holds a BA and MBA from Boston College. Raymond has 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Ray is a third-generation family member passionate about innovation and excellence in customer experiences. Ray served as President of The Belknap White Group from 2002 to 2016, and is now the company's CEO responsible for its strategic direction and long-term success. Ray spent his undergraduate years at Boston College and later completed an MBA at Bryant University. His favorite hobbies include golf, poker, chess, and cooking.
