Adegboyega has acquired much knowledge and training through his fellowship with companies and organizations. During his tenure at an EPC firm, Adegboyega honed his skills in analytic, creative thinking, and solution findings. His elite attention to detail, while leading teams through expansive projects, has been recognized by his peers both near and far. He has completed several trainings from world-class business schools like Lagos Business School, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Law School, and London School of Economics & Political Science.

Ademola Abideen holds a B.Tech degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, and a B.Sc in Physics from the University of Ibadan. He also had a Masters in Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria, and also a Masters in Commercial Law from Bayero University.
With over sixteen (16) years of experience in communications engineering and business development, Mr. Abideen has worked across various key technical and management capacities within the industry. He is also a member of engineering professional and regulatory bodies in Nigeria like the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
He then joined MAR&MOR Integrated Services in 2010 at a senior management level where he was charged with the coordination of strategies for Business Development and Relationship Management.

Kazeem is a seasoned Project Manager, who prides himself in handling multiple turnkey projects whilst delivering value for money.

Maryjane Ugo, BA, ACIPM, is a seasoned HR professional with over 5 years of experience. Proficient in developing and managing all aspects of HR functions, she has a demonstrated history of delivering value-added HR services through her knowledge of key HR processes that contribute to business results. Maryjane thrives in environments that promote learning and growth.
Maryjane holds a Bachelor's degree in History and International Studies from Imo State University. She is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and holds a Human Resources Practitioner License (HRPL) from the same institute.
In her current role as the Human Resources Executive at MAR&MOR, Maryjane has been a key contributor to the company's success. She has been responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.

Morufat Amao is a seasoned professional at the helm of Information Technology operations for MAR&MOR, showcasing her prowess as a computer engineer and a distinguished alumna of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Her journey into the corporate landscape initially led her through roles in the Banking and Health sectors, offering her a diverse perspective.
Mr. Ayedime Bako is a distinguished professional whose educational foundation in Electrical Engineering was laid at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he earned his degree. His pursuit of excellence in his field is evident in his commitment to continuous learning, as he has participated in numerous international training courses, expanding his knowledge and skills in various facets of electrical engineering and project management.
Oluwaseun Quadri is a distinguished legal professional, holding the esteemed titles of a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. With a commendable career spanning 8 years, he has amassed a wealth of experience in a wide spectrum of legal domains, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the legal field.

Serigne Malick Tall is not just a seasoned businessman but a true entrepreneur with a remarkable track record. Over the last decade, he has embarked on 14 distinct entrepreneurial journeys, each contributing to his wealth of experience and expertise. Today, he presides over a diversified portfolio within his holding company, which encompasses interests in industrial production, specifically the manufacturing of bricks and blocks vital to the construction industry. His visionary approach extends to an investment company and multiple dynamic start-ups.
Serigne's academic background is impressive, having graduated with a degree in Management from the prestigious Toulouse Business School. In recent times, he has further fortified his knowledge and network by completing the Stanford Seed Program for African Businessmen, underscoring his commitment to continuous growth.
