Prior to joining Marie Landel & Associates, Alexandra worked for 15 years at KPMG in Paris where she coordinated French and foreign reporting audits, provided advisory services for governance and risk monitoring, and assisted clients with acquisitions and divestitures. She also worked as internal audit director, Europe, Middle East & Africa, for Alcan (Canadian Aluminum Group), where her primary role was to restructure and grow the internal audit department after the company's merger with Pechiney. In that capacity, she also led multiple M&A due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures. Anas Marrakchi joined Axelia Partners in 2019 as Senior Account Manager, bringing over 12 years of experience in accounting and auditing. He is now in charge of the New York office and advises a diverse portfolio of clients in all aspects of accounting, reporting, auditing, and taxes. Prior to Axelia Partners, Anas worked for eight years as Senior Auditor in several Moroccan accounting firms, including six years with PwC Morocco. He relocated to the US in 2015 to work with US-based accounting and tax services firms, where he supervised accounting and tax operations for US subsidiaries of French corporations. Anas graduated from ISCAE Morocco, with a BA equivalent in Accounting and Finance. He also holds a BA equivalent in Accounting (DGC) from the Paris-based CNAM INTEC. Her prior positions have been as Payroll Manager for large French public organizations including INRIA, the French Institute for Research in Computer Science, and École des Ponts ParisTech. Estelle has more than 20 years of expertise as CFO of French companies owned by European and American groups in the healthcare and the logistics industries. Prior to joining Axelia Partners in 2015 as Account Manager, Estelle was CFO of Vivisol Healthcare France. Philippe Suhas

Philippe Suhas provides guidance and leadership to Axelia Partners regarding strategy, business development and new consulting services. In 2016, he spearheaded the creation and development of the staffing and recruitment practice of Axelia Partner, Talent Search. Philippe has held several global executive positions in large, publicly traded companies in Europe and in the U.S. at both Valeo (automotive) as General Manager of one of their largest divisions and Sperian (now part of Honeywell Life Safety) as Senior Vice President in charge of EMEA and later as President of their largest businesses based in the U.S. In that role, he managed various M&A transactions, integration and restructuring, including recruitment and value creation efforts. Prior to joining Axelia Partners in 2016, Philippe was working in the Private Equity (PE) sector as Operating Partner, Chairman of the Board and CEO of PE-owned companies. Philippe currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the International School of Boston.
