Anthony C. Martino

Anthony C. Martino is Principal Emeritus of MARCH Associates and one of its founders. Since the inception of the firm, Tony has served as the primary programmer, planner and designer on most of its major projects. While contributing to the development and success in each of the company's market sectors, the predominant emphasis of Tony's career has been on K-12 educational work. Working collaboratively with all stakeholders, he has assisted dozens of school districts not only with the design of their facilities but also with the clarification of educational objectives and the maximization of State financial aid on their capital projects.

Beverly Gruet

Beverly joined March Associates in June 2023. She is a graduate of SUNY Delhi furthering a career in architecture hoping to become a registered architect upon completing requirements needed. Brandon Stefanik

Christopher J. Crolius

Christopher is a Principal of MARCH and one of its founders. He plays an active role in all aspects of the firms operations, utilizing his background in construction he takes a hands on approach to solving design and construction issues. He enjoys working and collaborating with all team members to create the built environment. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Cindy, and two sons, David and Brian when not working. Chuck Higgerson

One of the founding partners of MARCH Associates, Chuck is now an independent consultant working exclusively for the firm. He enjoys freely sharing his expertise and knowledge with coworkers, while striving to impart his intrinsic attention to detail and creative problem solving. He has been providing over 40 years of outstanding design solutions for numerous buildings throughout New York State. Emphasis has been placed on the coordination of all engineering disciplines and construction trades to produce well planned and executed architecture. Chuck has a passion for architectural history, with a keen interest in the Great Camps of the Adirondacks. Conner Flisnik

Conner began at March associates in 2019 after relocating back to the Utica area. While working in Boston and Miami he gained valuable experience in multiple market sectors including science and technology, multi-family, mixed-use, and international retail. He is a well-rounded professional who has successfully executed roles as a project manager, project architect, BIM manager, and designer. Previously Conner was a project manager at Stantec, a top 10 global design firm. Most notable is his work completed for Miami Worldcenter, a 27 acre, $4 billion, mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Miami. Conner led the team on the Block H and Luma project, a 44 story high-rise tower with over 1 million square feet, 1000 parking spaces and 434 residential units. David Jadlowski

Dave has been with MARCH Associates since 2000 and became a Principal in 2021. He is a Registered Architect in the New York State and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is involved with all aspects of projects, beginning at the programming phase and continuing through the completion of construction. Dave has been the Project Architect for a variety of project sectors, including K-12 education, higher education, government and commercial. Clients in which Dave has completed various projects with include the Clinton, Harrisville, Poland, Madison and Lowville School Districts. He has also overseen many projects at Hamilton College and Mohawk Valley Community College. Born and raised in central New York, Dave now resides in New Hartford with his wife and daughter. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, doing small projects around the house and spending time with his family. Education AS in Architectural Technology - Morrisville State College, 2000

Donna Lahey

Job Titles:

Donna has been with the firm since 1995. She previously worked in the construction field for two years before joining MARCH Associates. That field experience led her to the role of construction administrator where she tracks all aspects of the firm's construction projects. She works closely with our consultants, construction managers, and contractors, and supports the team of architects and designers on a daily basis. Donna also prepares the documents for submission to the State Education Department and manages each job from the start through the closeout process. In addition to her construction responsibilities, she prepares the marketing proposals for MARCH Associates. Donna enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, swimming and fishing with her husband and 2 daughters and chasing after her husky. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Skating Club of Utica-Whitestown and is a proud member of the Fort Stanwix Chapter of the DAR.

Emily Semple

In the roll of Project Architect Matt has enjoyed working on projects with a variety of clients including Oneida County, Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica College, Johnson Park Center, AAA, CABVI, and the Waterville Central School District.

Mike Lahey

Mike has been with the firm since 1994 and became a Principal in 2021. He is a Registered Architect in New York State and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Construction Specifications Institute. He has been the Project Architect for a number of key clients including the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES, Salmon River CSD, and the Whitesboro CSD. Mike is involved in all aspects of a project from the beginning of the programming & planning phase through construction and project closeout. Born and raised in New Windsor, New York, Mike now resides in Whitesboro with his wife and two daughters. Sheena Dundon

Sheena has been with the firm since 2018. She brings over 10 years of office experience. Steve Wickman

Steve has been a New York State Registered Architect since 2003. His 26 years of experience includes project design and construction management for educational and commercial clients throughout the State. Steve's responsibilities include programing, preparation and review of contract documents, cost estimating, coordinating with consultants and regulatory agencies. Steve's previous experience includes k-12 and higher educational clients, municipalities as well as residential and housing authority work. Steve joined MARCH Associates in July of 2016. Currently, he is involved with projects for the Rome Central School District as well as Central NY Housing for Veterans. Born and raised in Utica, New York, Steve now resides in Whitesboro with his family. In his spare time Steve enjoys fishing and working on his camp on the St. Lawrence River.
