Brian Kleps

Prior to joining The Marketing Dynamics Group, Brian Kleps spent over 20 years in the marketing field with a particular emphasis in direct marketing. Brian began his career with Richardson Vicks Health Care Division, followed by a position with John Blair Marketing in New York where he served as Director of Advertising and Promotion. In 1984 Brian joined Marketing Corporation of America followed by a position as Vice President of Operations for Riverside Marketing. In 1989 Brian founded Fairfield Promotion Group, a full service Marketing and Promotion Agency that specialized in survey design and CRM programs, which he operated until the formation of The Marketing Dynamics Group in 2001. Brian's talents as a copywriter and creative director have been employed in a number of campaigns for a variety of Consumer and BtoB Accounts. Brian brings relevant experience and expertise in direct and database marketing from Fairfield Promotion

Thomas V. Toner - President

Prior to founding The Marketing Dynamics Group, Tom Toner distinguished himself in the marketing field for over 25 years. Through his dedication and expertise he pioneered the development of more effective programs for data collection, management and usage for a number of companies. In 1986 Tom co-founded Datacap which became the largest consumer survey operation in the U.S. This firm collected high utility self-reported data that provided companies with fast, high quality marketing results. After The Polk Company acquired DataCap in 1995, Tom served as Vice President and oversaw the creation of specialized database development and applications for Packaged Goods, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical marketers. Before forming DataCap, Tom was recruited by John Blair Marketing to develop and manage their direct marketing efforts. Prior to John Blair he was Vice President of Supermarkets Communications Systems from 1975-1982.
