MCES - Key Persons
Byanka serves as the COO for MCES. Byanka provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization. She is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within MCES, by working closely with the CEO and the CMO, as well as other leadership team members. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University and a MS in HR Management from Holy Family University. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior HR Professional and through the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM Certified Professional.

Bill has been MCES's CEO since 2016. He began his career at MCES in 1991 as a Psychiatric Technician. His long tenure at MCES solidly grounded him in both the service delivery and administrative side of the organization.
Bill's graduate and undergraduate degrees are from the Pennsylvania State University. He lives in Montgomery County with his wife and sons.
