Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. is a family owned and operated company. It was founded in 1963, by Emil Glukler (seen below circa 1972, third from left back row, with hat). Born in Switzerland, Emil trained as a Pastry Chef and immigrated to Canada in 1953... In our SQF certified facility, located in Langley, B.C, we produce nearly 300 products from tart shells, pie shells, pie tops and puff pastry, to fully baked heat-and-serve meat pies and appetizers. Our reputation for quality products and efficient service has become Mark-Crest's trademark.
