Melbourne-based, Meditation Solutions specialises in online and in-person meditation and mindfulness training for groups and individuals, offering workplace and public courses and workshops and private consultations... We aim to teach meditation and mindfulness for relaxation, health and clarity of mind, in a way that is accessible to people who are new to meditation.
