Topalogullari has commenced its existence in 1977 in Istanbul with the sales of meat mincing machines. Started its own production at mid of 80s. Shortly after the company's move in 1995 to its new production plant in Kagithane, the company converted its status into a joint-stock company. Today, the company settled into a new production plant of 20.000sqmts to enlarge its production facilities in Cerkezkoy Industrial Zone. Topalogullari Makine A.S., offers its products to the market under "ESMAK" and "MATEKA" trade marks. Today, the company produces over 20 different kinds of food preparation machines. All phases of production process are carried out at its own plant including new design, product development, machining, painting, assembly and finishing. As of 2000s the company opened itself to the external markets in order to convey the production to the level of world standards and now exports 60% of its production.
