Mr Tim Lewis, was appointed as Non-Executive/Nominee Director representing Caledonia Investment Plc and Amber 2010 Ltd on March 30th, 2016. He has been with Caledonia since the start of 2011. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London in 2004 and subsequently worked as Assistant Director in its corporate finance division in London for five years. He is a non-executive director of Liberation Group, Park Holidays and Sterling Industries.

Mr. Deven H. Marwadi has been the Director of the Company since 1998. His experience includes over 25 years of expertise in the area of risk management in the financial services industry.
Overall experience of over a decade in the Stock market related activities and has been appointed as director of the company in the year 1998. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in the line of trading and clearing segment and is in whole charge of day today trading activities of NSE and BSE trading in Cash and derivatives segment. He is in charge of total client base of the organization including DP operations of NSDL and CDSL apart from looking after the trading requirements of Commodity market carried out by the subsidiary company having membership of MCX and NCDEX.

Mr. Ketan H. Marwadi promoted the Company in 1992. He has also been instrumental in guiding the Company for securing the corporate membership of BSE & NSE in cash and derivatives segment, membership of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange Ltd., and for the launching of depository services of NSDL and CDSL.In his current role, he is the chief strategist, overseeing MSFL's strategic growth and development as well as the operational functioning and initiatives for ensuring best investor services.
Mr. Ketan H. Marwadi has more than 25 years of experience in the primary as well as the secondary market of Capital Market, dealing with stock exchanges, regulatory and statutory bodies, and monitoring of overall compliance. His core expertise also lies in research & development of capital markets and launching various services for the investors as per their requirements.
Mr. Ketan Marwadi has the distinction of holding several leadership roles. He has been the Vice President of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange and a director of SKSE Securities Ltd. (which is a subsidiary of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange). He has served as an Executive Committee member of OTCEI and assisted NSE in resolving many trade-related matters as a member of Committee of Trade-related issues (COTI). Currently, he is the Member of Executive Committee (F&O Segment) of NSE and Director - ANMI-WRIC Board.
