As he's designed and overseen development of some ten original software applications, we call David our "Chief Creative Officer." David has a unique talent to model software after real-world processes, resulting in systems that are intuitive and uniquely user-friendly. He manages our development team, and he also ensures customer success through our implementation and support groups.

Kelly makes sure we deliver on our promise of exceptional customer service. She and her team manage the on-boarding, training, and go-live processes. Once a customer is "live" on one of our applications, Kelly schedules regular follow-ups to ensure success. She also manages our support team who are there to assist customers as they need us.

Marshall is our "go-to guy" to keep our operation running smoothly. He is responsible for our infrastructure and production environments, but he also interacts closely with customers, vendors, and internal developers to ensure our applications are performing securely and efficiently.

Tom has spent his career in the software business. He co-founded MedProcure along with David Quattlebaum and currently functions as our General Manager. Tom oversees our sales and marketing functions, as well as the administrative and financial areas of MedProcure.

As the leader of our SmartPO team, Zach keeps the software running smoothly and effectively for users. To ensure SmartPO has the tools our users need, he closely works with our customer success team, implements a development plan, and manages its execution by the SmartPO development team. He is also involved with big picture design and strategy for our long-term success.
