DAVID J. WILHELM - CFO, VP

David Wilhelm is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Max Media, a position he has held since the company was founded. Before that, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Max Media Properties LLC ("MMP" from 1995 until 1998, when the Company was sold to Sinclair Broadcast Group. While at MMP, David was responsible for developing financial reporting systems and coordinating the systems of acquired television and radio stations, budgeting, managing the company's relationships with investors and lenders, and preparing projections for potential acquisition opportunities. Before joining MMP, David served as Vice President and Investment Manager for the venture capital subsidiary of a large commercial bank and as a manager with one of the then-Big Eight accounting firms. He has a Bachelors's Degree in Business/Accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.

Gene Loving - CEO, Chairman

Mr. Loving has served in executive capacities with several communications-related industry organizations and has received the highest awards and recognition from broadcast and advertising trade associations. From 1960 to 1988 he co-owned a concert promotion company that brought many entertainers to Virginia. Gene began his career as an on-air personality in his hometown of Richmond, Virginia in 1958. He served as music or Gene Loving is Chairman and CEO of Max Media LLC, a Virginia Beach media company that owns and operates television, radio, and alternative media. In 1991, he co-founded Max Media Properties. The company grew to 17 different radio and television stations in ten states and was sold to Sinclair Broadcast Group in July 1998. Gene served as a director of a publicly-traded information technologies company, Metro Gene Loving is a former president and director of Operation Smile, an international children's health organization. He also served on the boards of Sentara Health Care and the Virginia Marine Science Museum. In addition, he was inducted into the Virginia Communications Hall of Fame in Richmond, Virginia on April 15, 2004, and in 2003 was presented with an honorary doctorate by Virginia Wesleyan College. Gene Loving resides in the Alan ton section of Virginia Beach with his wife, Angela, and their dog Bella.

JOHN A. TRINDER - COO, President

Mr. Trinder is President and Chief Operating Officer of Max Media LLC, a position he has held since the inception of the Company. Mr. Trinder served in the same capacity for Max Media Properties LLC from the inception of the company until 1998 when it was sold to Sinclair Communications. At Max Media Properties Mr. Trinder was responsible for the operations of nine television stations and eight radio stations. In 1979, John was the first employee of TVX Broadcast Group, which became a public company in 1985, and was sold to Paramount Communications in 1991. He was President, CEO, and Director of TVX from 1984 until the company was sold to Paramount in 1991. TVX was the nation's largest group of independent television stations serving 12 markets including Philadelphia, Dallas, Houston, Miami, and Washington, DC. Mr. Trinder began his broadcast career in 1970 with Landmark Communications, Inc. where he served in various sales and sales management positions with WTAR-TV, the CBS affiliate in Norfolk. From 1988 to 1991, he served on the Board of Directors of The Association of Independent Television (INTV). He has also served on the FOX Broadcast Affiliates Board, the UPN Network, and Seltel Inc. Board of Directors. Mr. Trinder has over 42 years of experience in broadcasting. Mr. Trinder was President of the Hampton Roads Advertising Club and Governor of the Third District American Advertising Federation. Mr. Trinder has currently served on the Board of Trustees of Virginia Wesleyan College since 1996 and serves on the Board of Trustees of Chesapeake Bay Academy since 2007. He was an active member of the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad from 1967 to 1975 and served on Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughter Foundation Board. He is also a past Trustee of Cape Henry Collegiate School in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is a member of the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd. Mr. Trinder was born in Worcester, Massachusetts and has a BS degree from the University of Bridgeport, and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 1966. Mr. Trinder resides in Norfolk, Virginia with his wife, Betty.
